Star Wars: Battlefront Game Details Released

The Force isn't merely awakening on the big screen. It's also returning to the video game realm.

"Star Wars: Battlefront" publisher Electronic Arts and Swedish developer DICE showcased their next-generation rendition of the "Star Wars" multiplayer shooter Friday at Star Wars Celebration, the annual fan extravaganza celebrating the sci-fi franchise. The new iteration of "Battlefront" takes place amid the conflicts of the original film trilogy and is scheduled for release Nov. 17 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Disappointing that it's the original trilogy, especially since the prequels had a lot more large scale battles, but oh well at least heroes are returning and hopefully bots and well

prequels may be horrible (in your opinion i dont mind them) but you can't deny the battles that occur in them are much larger than the ones in the original trilogy

the prequels sucked compared to the original trilogy. the originals had more flare to them the prequels are lackluster by comparison movie and game wise especially movie wise.
