Sony Computer Entertainment released a new batch of PS4 static and dynamic themes on the North American PlayStation Store.
It’s always quite difficult to decide which PS4 dynamic themes are really worth the asking price, due to their very nature.
Luckily Disruptive Media Publishers is always pretty open with the quality of its products, and publishes videos to let you judge for yourself.
The animation of the dog fight itself was kinda cool, but the ships and background look cheaply made and textured. It looks like a super lowbudget sci-fi flick. If the people publishing these themes want to make real money they should be taking the time to craft something unique and detailed or if they cant make something from scratch, get licensing rights for something already established and make it interesting in a theme setting.
These low effort themes are junk, and even more so now that they are asking money for them.
These just reinforce my opinion that we need a proper No Man's Sky theme, and fast....

It is still only a screen saver even if it does look astonishingly cool.
Questioning the value of a thing is so subjective. I think these both look pretty dope but if another person says the idea of throwing $3.49 at something that they probably won't see very often is ridiculous who am I to argue.
I'm going to say no because I wouldn't pay that regardless of how cool they looked
Yesterday Disruptive Media Publishers released seven new dynamic themes, and today you get to see them in action, and to judge whether or not they warrant their $2.99 price tag.
Every AAA should come with 1 dynamic theme. And maybe 1 theme per month for PS+ subscribers.
Nice themes! I wish we could also have avatars, so I can stop going on PS3 to buy them.
Blah. Disruptive Publishers just dirty up the themes sections last gen with a ton of junk. Looks like they are continuing on.. $2.99? There needs to be some quality control with these third party theme makers.
I'd be interested in knowing how to make and sell these. They can't be more than a few days work to make and they are done by third parties.

the MOST id pay for these is 99 cents. I haven't seen one thats actually worth 3 bucks...
Ugh, it seems to be the same thing which happened with PS3. Some random dev spammed the store with mediocre looking avatars and themes there. Seems it's the same studio here.

These are comically awful. It's amost like they let some high school design class have a shot at these.
Sticking with the Order 1886, LBP3, and PS20th anniversary ones. A man wishes you could set it to cycle between 3 themes (or whatever number you select) because he does get tired of any one and switches fairly constantly. A cycling theme would reflect the variety of exclusives and games in general that bring people to Playstation.
Man, what I wouldn't pay for a dynamic MGSV theme. Hopefully it happens eventually.
