You’d best get ready.

Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode differs quite a bit from Normal Mode and True Vault Hunter Mode. Here’s how

If only this patch came out back when I was playing in Dec/Jan; now I don't care as much since there's other games more deserving of my $.

I feel the same way but since I have the season pass I might as well go back again since they raised the cap what really bothered me was this long wait for the damn level cap to go higher im sure many lost interest due to gearbox lagging I personally havent played the DLC because I already felt at the pinnacle at level 50 with kick ass weapons and my weapon storage is full which I feel we all need more slots but anywho what I like about ultimate vault hunter mode is that the enemies scale with you plus the legendary loot midgets but still after doing like 3 playthroughs with 3 characters and maxing out 2 of them im a little fatigued but like I said I got the season pass might as well get my moneys worth I hope gearbox dont pull off the same BS with the next borderlands

Assuming that there will be another Borderlands, I think it's safe to assume that they pretty much killed the golden goose.

After going into Borderlands 2 with a lot of hype, respect and props for the preorder DLC, they're now seen as one of the worst companies around. They did too many things to ruin Borderlands 2 to really ever recover...

1) Golden Keys. Started as a cool concept, ultimately became pointless over time.
2) Shift. Started as a venue for cool promotional items, ended up being the main source of Golden Keys (it can do other things, they just rarely do anything else).
3) DLC prices. The Mad Moxxi arena is not worth $5 dollars, I am hard pressed to call it a buy at $2 dollars. The same goes with a lot of the other DLC, which has a hefty price.
4) Season Pass. Many went into the Season Pass expecting BL 1 quality packs, but ended up getting 3 poor experiences. While some people enjoyed some aspects of the DLC, they could have easily added something (on any level) to make the DLC more useful.
5) We're paying for THEIR mistakes. If you had read the interview about the level cap a while back, it basically said Gearbox never really PLANNED on increasing the level and designed the game with 50 being the max level. Despite them hyping additional levels (one of the trophies / achievements strongly implies this), they still had the balls to charge us for the work they put into making it happen. I mean it's great you want to help the fans out, but it's irresponsible and really pathetic to charge consumers for your lack of forethought.
6) Another $100 dollar loot chest that doesn't include the game... need I say more?

I bought the season pass back when it first came out since I spent a lot of time playing; however now that I have 4 jobs at 50, and some of Gearbox's recent decisions on certain things I don't agree with, I've spent my time on other games and haven't really looked back. I do have some positive memories playing with certain people, however like any other game I had to move on to greener pastures. I may return again someday however right now isn't the time.

Borderlands is one of the best games of this gen, Borderlands two is embarrassing in comparison.

Ive played almost nothing else on my PS3 except BL2 since it released. My biggest disappointment is the absolute lack of rare/legendary weapons Ive managed to find in hundreds of hours of gameplay.
Yet on YouTube vids, players have nothing but legendary weapons on show.

I was thinking of Mad Max. That V8 felt really good to drive around in, especially with upgrades.

No one liked the Batmobile in Arkham Knight. Top 10?

I don't know... It was a strange addition to the game, and the parts of the game where you had to fight in it were tedious. But driving it around Gotham felt brilliant.
