Examining the comic history and various rumors to see what might be in a Silver Age Batman game
"The release of Rocksteady Games and Warner Bros. Interactive’s Batman: Arkham Knight is just a few months away. So far, the game looks fantastic. Gamers already know that they are guaranteed to be able to play the Batmobile." | Explosion.com
I still can't believe there hasn't been a Tim Burton Batsuit yet in any of the Arkham games. Personally, I'd rather have the Batsuit from Batman Returns over the original.
Arkham Knight right?
* Definitely need the Batman Returns + Batman animated series costume
One of the cool things about Arkham Knight is that all the skins will be in-game instead of pre-rendered
8CN: It seems that the long-rumored, Rocksteady-developed Batman game may be headed for a 2014 release.
Unless it's a complete overhaul, no thanks. Arkham Asylum was amazing and fresh. AC was more of the same, but had the open world touch. AO is a complete boring chore. The combat is just so repetitive and predictable that the series is already becoming tiresome after a few entries.
Hopefully they create a new engine or add some more new mechanics to the gameplay.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the gameplay, I'm just saying I want some more new stuff for the gameplay.
Ok, we finally get a superhero franchise that is worth being mentioned among any other game in the industry. Let's not turn it into a yearly thing. I know WB only did Origins because Rocksteady was bust, but still.
VG247: Batman: Arkham City could get a follow up later this year, as hinted by an excerpt from Time Warner’s incoming financial report.
Arkham city is on my list of all time favorite games, but i agree it wont be the same without rocksteady.
