20 Games You Might Have Missed in 2012

Maximum PC: With 2013 here now (and Steam's current Holiday sale), one of the big items remaining on your to-do list – is to take a few days of R&R to catch up on all of the awesome games that you may have overlooked during 2012. (Casual games, FTL: Faster Than Light, Hotline Miami, Orcs Must Die! 2, PC, Steam)

FTL is awesome! I hope it gets more mod support. It's definitely a unique game.

The only thing I didn't like was that I always felt I should be fighting more than one ship at some point. The game was so fun that it didn't really matter, but it made me want a multiplayer mode where I could have a fleet of friends against a fleet of player enemies. Teleporting my crew off to an allied ship when it was about to explode or something would be great.

It's one of those games where it was so fun in its simplicity that you almost wish it could be more.
