Rumor: FFVII: Endless Crisis, Kingdom Hearts for PS3 at TGS

With the approach of Tokyo Game Show which will begin on next 20 September for the press, here the last gross rumour goes back to it coming from the famous Japanese forum 2ch and which lists inter alia a new shutter entitled Endless Crisis Final Fantasy VII on PlayStation 3, like three new episodes of the series Kingdom Hearts to be appeared on PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS, and PSP. Nothing official for the moment, this information is of course to take with tweezers, we will know some certainly more in a few hours when the first information coming from the Japanese magazines Famitsu and Shonen Jump is disseminated. To follow.

seriously, if this is another 'fake' remake, I'm going to go crazy. I'm tired of them expanding the story when we can't even really experience the ORIGINAL in its deserved HD glory.

Good news for PS3 if that list holds true. Hopefully that Endless Crisis will actually be a remake of FFVII, but just with the added subtitle. I also hope that they do announce Kingdom Hearts for PS3, but it should be KH3 instead of a spin-off; they should be on the Wii or the handhelds.

This list seems real, and Endless Crisis just because of the Crisis name leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I think of the PSP Crisis Core. I hope it's the remake. It could be, I don't think Square would call it Final Fantasy Remake.

Kingdom Hearts on PS3? Again I think it's real. And I'm a PS3 fanboy but that doesn't assure that it's exclusive. But it sure could be, since the claim isn't listing any other consoles.

This is the first I have evr heard of the title Endless Crisis, but I fear it could be another sequal to FFVII than a full remake. Crisis Core literally ends with the opening scene of FFVII, and Before Crisis semi-overlaps with crisis core, with the story of cloud zack and sephiroth making an apperance, so we know there is no gap between stories. One ends where the other picks up.

Dirge of Cerberus starts right after the end of Advent children, so no story there. But there is the question of what happens in the two years between the first defeat of Sephiroth and the start of Avent children. That seams to be the only part of the story that isn't documented. The title would also make sense, startign before the crisis began, then the 'core' of the crisis begins with sephiroth discovering his past and going nuts, the main FF story we all know and love, then soemthing else happens, signifying that the crisis will never end. In my opinion, it can only be one of three things:

1) FFVII Remake
2) The story between FFVII and Advent Children
3) Advent Children: The Game

It could of course, all be complete b*llocks and there is no Endless Crisis game. But we can all speculate, can't we? :D

mind them expanding the FFVII storyline as long as the games turn out good like Crisis Core and not ehh like Dirge. So if this isn't the remake, then okay just make it good. If it is the remake, they better make it damn good. I'd want them to keep everything the same, just with HD and updated graphics, and just more of everything. Like more weapons, materia, Weapons, maybe a more comprehensive Chocobo Racing mini-game, and just small additions like that. Keep everything else the same.

I can't see Endless Crisis being a spin off or what not of FF7. Not if it is on PS3. Why would they bother with that on PS3 when they can just do a remake?

DoC makes sense, Crisis Core, since they are on PS2/PSP and aren't giving the quality a remake would demand. PS3 though, I can't see them making a game short of a Game Version of Advent Children.

OMFG all these games for the PS3, yo that's crazy I can't believe it. It's obvious SQUIRE ENIX wants SONY to win this gen because if they didn't they wouldn't make all these games for the PS3. It's sad to think that the 360 isn't getting any of these games, I guess 360 fanboys are going to have to deal with the sad truth that they will have to buy a PS3 in order to play these games.

The reason why I say that is because If SONY comes out with a $400 PS3 this holiday they will score big and it will sell like crazy in all regions, yes MS will have a price drop too but I don't think it will help much because there are a ton of people just waiting to get a PS3 because they were waiting for the price to drop to $400.All most all of MS loyalists all ready bought a 360 and there's 3 times the amount of people waiting to up grade from PS2 to PS3.

Plus with RPG games like these coming out for the PS3 it will sell like crazy in Japan. If the 360 doesn't get at least one of these games it's over for them next year, yes there are a ton of games that MS hasn't annouced yet for next year but knowing MS those games will only sell in the US and as far as the UK gos they are more pro SONY. MS needs one of these games and anyone that says they don't is in denial.

It's going to be hard for MS to get one of these games on the 360 simply because SONY owns 15% of SQUIRE ENIX so they have a big say on what the company does and what games get released to who. Now if all these games are for the PS3 and MS trys to get there hands on one of them(which they will try to do and they need to do so) SONY will know about it immediately and do what ever they can to put a stop to it(they will 15% share says they can).

Assuming that the Endless Crisis rumors are true, I think its just another spin-off of FF7 universe. As much as I would like a FF7 remake, I don't think this is it but I could be wrong though. We'll just have to wait and see.

I hope this is after FFVII:- crisis core or just right after FFVII or even an expanded version of FVII. My so it seems that one of the greatest gaming villians will make his way on PS3 and with one gamings greatest heroes too Cloud:).

Oh well i guess Cloud and Sephiroth are PS3 icons now hopefully alongside the Helghast, Snake and many others.

Wow look at all the KH games. I can't wait to see KH on the PSP. Plus with it being on the PS3 I hope it will be KH3. Also I was not the biggest fan of Chain of Memories but I still will pick it up. Because the KH games are pretty good. I also hope the FVII game is a remake and not another game in the FVII series.

how i see it they started with the tech demo - since then WTF has square made for the PS3?

they stated that FF13 and VS is like 1.3% done - that strage...so since they got their hands of the dev kits thats all they got done...something isnt rite

i honestly think FF7 is being made - and i just pray 2 god its FF7 remake to launch christmas of this year - PS3 would own...just like what FF7 did for the PS1

the world of ff7 is WAy to huge to remake into a ff12 style roaming game, remmeber ff7 cloud was bigger than buildings? they'd have to rescale it all to releastic proportions, the increase graphics, then do SOOOO many scenes all over...it would take way to long. i think a an rpg sequal woould be good and thats what it seems endless crisis is

i just now thought about how the final fantasy series has touched us all, i remember when i was a kid, i think my first game was FFVII, it was the first game i play'd on the ps1, and ever since tht day, i have been hooked on FF!

its a great seires, tht will nevr end, this series alone has touched my heart, and made me enjoy the feeling of being a true gamer!
