"In video game development, among the many and above the noise, there stand a rare few. These are the studios who, despite the incredible pressure, competition, and demand for greater and stronger quality games each year, continually produce high-quality pieces of digital history. Naughty Dog is one such studio. The Santa Monica-based studio, which began its work on high profile projects in 1994 and was acquired by Sony in 2001, has provided the industry and gamers alike with some of the most memorable and defining experiences on the PlayStation platform for over two decades."
"The Game Music Foundation are today very proud and pleased to announce an additional concert, circling back to the roots of Game Muisic Festival in Poland. On April 28th, 2024, the National Forum of Music in Wroclaw will once again become a place to celebrate the art of video game music, featuring scores from The Last of Us and The Last of Us Part II." - The Game Music Foundation.
Najam from eXputer writes "It's time fore a new installment in the series, not another pointless remaster."
They are working on something new. Not to be rude but it is impossibility stupid to think ND next major announcement is going to be a remaster or their next Last of Us entry is going to be another remaster.
For many, the game became the sound of the 90s – but Josh Mancell tells us how the music for PlayStation’s first mascot game originated in Kraft cheese and Kraftwerk
Nobody can top Naughty Dog except Naughty Dog. Truly the best in the business. They make me proud to be a PS4 owner.
To me: Crash and Jak > uncharted and TLoU. Not saying UN and TLoU is bad or anything (they're good IMO but cant top Jak and Crash)
Well deserved success!
Crash was Universal Studios :I
Not sure I'd call it "growth." Their PS3 titles really don't demonstrate the... design lineage of their previous games.
Which is unfortunate. Can you imagine how cool an open-world Uncharted game would be with solid, nonlinear platforming?
