OXM - Modern hardware companies appear to specialise in the solving of problems we don't know we have. Back in 2006, I wasn't aware that my life was horribly incomplete without the ability to touch-track through albums of funny cat pictures on the go, but then the goodly Reverend Jobs appraised me of the error of my filthy, button-pushing, non-procrastinating ways.
Huzaifa from eXputer: "2008 was home to the likes of Call of Duty: World at War, Dead Space, GTA 4, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead, and many other hits, which is outright remarkable."
Just about every year in the 7th generation was great and something we most likely won't experience again.
2009 for example had Assassin's Creed 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age: Origins, Uncharted 2, Halo 3: ODST, Killzone 2, Borderlands, Bayonetta, and Demon's Souls to name a few.
While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.
Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.
It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny
Armored Core VI?
Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.
Is something big coming soon to branch the story?
No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).
Video games are no longer just a simple past time. Today's games are evolving into true works of art. Offering intriguing narratives, cinematic setpieces, and profound messages, games can entertain us for hundreds of hours.
I never got around to mass effect - I’m skeptical that it would hold up if I were to try it now
I agree with number 5 (Reduce the expense of updating games) but I know if they do this it will just open a can of worms with more games that clearly haven't been tested. It is bad enough as it is. I guess deals have to be made but again Microsoft really wouldn't want to piss of big publishers when Microsoft is looking out to secure exclusive timed content
I could do with a bigger Friends list, myself.
None of my xbox's red ringed in the seven years I owned one. My ps3 on the other hand died of the yellow light.
Hopefully no RROD next time. I didn't get xbox360 til 2008 so it was never a issue for me. I'm still trying to catch up on all the great games it still offers before next gen.
hey that karaoke game on the top page looks good. what is it anyways?
