WC writes: Great games come along few and far between and when they do it’s cause for excitement. But even great games often make you suffer frustrating levels. That’s what this article aims to discuss; those levels that almost made you hate your favourite games. That nigh on forced you to rage-quit, for fear that the next failure would bring a red mist down on you which’d see you awaken in a field days later with a trail of death and destruction in your wake.
So, let’s get right down to it shall we?
With hundreds of games, some of which are considered to be classics that hold up to this day, you’ve got the pick of the litter when it comes to choosing a potential remake
^This. THIS!
Stop remaking PS4 games!
Remake PS1 and PS2 games à la FF7R, RE1, Mafia, Half Life style ....
Make Legend of Dragoon, Legacy of Kain etc Remakes happen
and Valkyrie Profile Lenneth. They did Star Ocean 1 & 2 R already, VPL should get the same treatment.
I'd be down for FF8, and Xenogears. But I would also be down for Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. And I wish Namco would get off their ass and remake or remaster the Xenosaga trilogy.

As is they're coins down a sofa, some announced games seem to just disappear. So just where are these missing VR games?
For GTA SA
Meta made a lot of budget cuts and cancelled a fair few exclusive game contracts we don't know if this was cancelled but it's possible and this was announced prior to the release of GTA definitive edition which was slammed and eventually moved to be supported in house by Rockstar.
Since then we have just gotten the mobile versions a d they are actually the best way to play the definitive edition unfortunately the consoles never got a retrospective patch to implement the improvements they made in the mobile games.
But for VR we know a VR mode was found in the definitive editions game files thanks to data miners so seeming it was meant to be using the definitive edition as a base given its ue4 that makes sense. And the mode is there right now (some Polish may be required still) I would assume this is ready to go but meta got cold feet and cancelled it given the games reputation.
I do hope Rockstar forge ahead and still just launch it anyway on psvr2 as it's a game I've loved since day 1 on PS2 I'll even tolerate the de version to get it in VR
Final Fantasy has a long running history with numerous numbered titles and spin-offs, but which games stand to benefit from a remake?
I'd rather the 13 trilogy just be ported tbh. No matter what you think if it, it shouldn't be the only numbered offline games not playable on new consoles. But naturally I'd play the **** out of 8-12 remakes.
... the Library level, where we encounter The Flood.
I HATED that level so much, I never played beyond that.
Not this website again.
I'm not going to click on ten different pages >_>
I was expecting to see the water temple from Ocarina of Time. :)
I recall ff, crash and the pod racing. It's mad how although these where a long time ago for me that this has brought back that evil nostalgia lol. The pod racing I only played in arcades as a kid so could have been cranked up for people too spend more.
Star Wars Episode I Pod Racing is a "great game" now?
