I respect his opinion, but the trophy thing was meant as a joke. I haven't played the game nor did his review actually show that particular battle, but I'm sure that boss was a hostile that deserved a gruesome GOW signature death like all the other enemies unfortunate to run into Kratos.
I think he's simply over reacting. What about how women just offer themselves to Kratos? How they're only there to be sex objects? He didn't get mad about the sex scenes....
$60 is a lot of money, imo, and I'm a cheap gamer. If I had to pay $60 for something, I do a lot of research before actually buying the game. Though I've had some luck with some leaps of faith with Xenoblade and The Last Story.
I've been renting out games more these days than actually buying and keeping them. That's what happens when you're broke...
That thing is pretty cool. If it's cheap and it works well, I might pick it up.
It needs a price cut...That way I can buy it...lol
It's really hard to conclude that they are all connected...or try to connect them. It was a fun read, but there were a few flaws with the time line. there are just way too different from each other to be connected. It's not like Zelda where there are several connecting threads.
Nice review, but I have to ask: Are there any super natural elements in this game like in prior games? If it's too much of an end game spoiler, then its alright not to go into too much detail.
Each Zelda game is different...So there really isn't a need to a reboot at all. Reboots are typically for old games that need reviving or for sequels that have become a little too complicated or stuck in a rut...or if a company just FEELS likes rebooting a game franchise...
I do agree that it's bad for women to be trophies for men. Just because a woman is a damsel, that doesn't mean that she can't have an interesting back story.
I would've preferred a single player demo, but I'll accept any demo for this game at this point. Just want to play it...
All of these 8s and 9s. I really need to play this game...
I loved the GBA Warioware games. LEt's just hope this game delivers on the fun and weirdness of those past games. I haven't played the wii wario-ware game.
I do hope sony dives back into their PS1 franchises and revives them. A Kickstarter needs to happen...or at least a large petition?
Cites XL 2012 looks really cool. Might check that game out when I get the money. Any other recommendations?
Aren't reviews just opinions and suggestions at the end of the day? A review is based on the reviewers experience with the product. Look at Skyrim. It got high reviews, but those that gave it low scores scored it that way because of the glitches. My first Vanilla Skyrim experience was pretty bad and based on my exp with the game, I'd give it a bad rating (if I had beaten the game at that point in time).
You have to have some sort of OPINION when making a review. I do...
Xenogears
Eternal Darkness
Sailor Moon: Another Story
A better sequel for Perfect Dark.
Tatsunoku vs Capcom
the Last Story...
I'm pretty sure Journey will win too. Can't wait to hear more about the conference.
The Wii-u tablet (and console) is made of high quality Nintendium. The wii-u tablet does have its faults, like the limited battery life and no multitouch. I guess it can be advantageous since they are making money off the tablets...?
I got the Hyrule Historia and it definitely is worth the buy. It's a good read and gives a lot of insight into the Zelda franchise.
Nintendo games: Smash bros 4, Bayonetta 2, Xenoblade 2, the inevitable Mario and Zelda games...maybe a surprise Nintendo game?
I'd answer the same way. The only reason I bought myself a PS3 was for KH3 and FF games. Aside form Infamous, I wasn't to excited for anything else. Knack was probably the least interesting out of the bunch...
Just need to see more games and a price tag for that machine.
