I dont agree with most of the characters on that list, but it's their opinion. I'd really like to see more female characters in Smash bros. 4. So Lyndis, Krystal (Starfox), Mia (golden sun), Fiora (Xenoblade), Calista (The last story), and Milkyway (Custom Robo GC) are just some of the many female characters nintedo could add. Zero samus is not a new character, she's another form of an existing character much like Shiek/Zelda.

As far as I know, 98% of games have some or violence in them. Mario punching, spinning, and stomping on enemies is VIOLENCE! Unless you're playing Tetris or a puzzle game of the same nature...then it's not violent.

Partially true. It sucks that most gamers do hold power and graphics so highly when Nintendo has always been the ones providing great gameplay experiences on their consoles. A lot of those gamers would probably not admit that they were wowed with the wii's motion control and games simply because it looks like a "Gamecube game" The Wii-U IS an upgrade from the Wii and since many developers got a mastery of current gen tech, the games on the wii-u will only look that more amazing....

The first Bayonetta was an amazing game that I still hold in high regards. The problem I noticed was that it didn't get much marketing of in the States. If Sega pushed this game as much as they did with their Sonic Racing Transformed game, it might have been a much bigger success.
I'm hoping Nintendo puts Bayonetta in Smash bros. 4.

If they bought a PS3 and those games, they have to have some level of care and interest in gaming. Just based on that, I'd consider them gamers because they got what they wanted, played it, and most likely enjoyed it. If they don't acknowledge themselves as gamers, then they're not gamers. I disliked Heavy Rain mainly because of the entire scenario presented before me. I don't have any kids and the main character (the father) was stupid. First he lets his kid run off. Then he takes the blow of the car and the kid still dies. The wife leaves him and actually leaves the other kid with the father who now has mental issues. At that point I just gave up taking the game seriously. What I did like was the build up, but it seemed a little on the cheesy side in the last act.
The problem is that the gamer community that would actually not buy this content is very small. Most sales of a lot of games are the casual gamers. These are the people who typically found out about the game because of a commercial or because they liked the movies. not because they are actual RE fans who grew up with the series. Those are the people who buy content for this game and others and who continue to do so.
The idea of DLC was a good one, but to sell it of killed it....

I simply disagree with this. Besides the red ring fiasco, paying to play online was a huge detractor for me for the 360. I like playing with my friends online, but to pay to play with them? I don't like them THAT much. Joking aside, I can see both sides of the argument.

Reviews are based the player's experience with the game and the games they have played before it. Personally, I'd give this game anything between a 6-8, 8.5 is pushing it a little though. This game is too good to be anything 5 and below, but this game isn't a Bayonetta amazing to warrant giving it a 9-10.

I agree with his some of his opinions on gameplay vs. story. I play games to play a game, not to watch a movie. Gameplay should always be the main focus when making a game. Look at final fantasy.
