I remember seeing footage of Uncharted back when it was known as BIG... The fluid animation, lush environments, and character details... When I saw Naughty Dog logo, I knew then and there that I was looking at something special.
Uncharted is easily my favourite new IP this gen, and it's up there with my all time classics. I feel like playing some Uncharted: Drakes Fortune now...
Give it a try. Unfortunately, it's not the most accessible game in the world, but it is deeply rewarding. And you do get the sense that the guys who've made this are car enthusiasts first and foremost. If you can try it with a wheel, do. It's a night and day difference.

Probably not, it's likely the reviewers are only receiving the game just about now, if that. They'll probably need more time to properly review it, so my bet is close to or on launch. (although, knowing most game sites, they'll probably play about 25% of the content and claim they're able to review it properly.)
I'm still debating between the Driving force GT and the G27 (if I can find the G25 cheap, that'll probably take it for me). Clutch and shifter and paddles are pretty important to me, as is the metal pedals... Let me know what you think of it! You've got Prologue, yeah? That's really the only game (until GT5) to consider racing these wheels with on ps3, so much better than the others.

I don't know, no co-op is kind of a deal breaker for me. Spec ops was what I enjoyed the most about MW2. But then again, I don't play online.
They also rated Halo 3's story above MGS4's. And I believe Halo 3 is their top rated game (I could be wrong here, but either way, that game's not worth 9.8)

As I understand it, this gens 6850/6870 are essentially the new 5750/5770's, not the new 5850/5870. The 69xx will replace the 58xx series, it won't be a replacement for the current 59xx crossfire card. Of course, this begs the question of what the new dual GPU card will be called...
It's only what it deserves, but watch GT5 get hate for the "numerous delays" that was in fact only one delay outside japan. I tried to point out the error in an article on Ars Technica, you'd think people would care to know that the author was spreading misinformation and hyperbole? Nope, people went out of their way do disagree with me. Providing a vague reference in a magazine as "proof" that Kaz had stated the game would be out by 2009, as an "official"...
Not to mention that because of the competition, games on the iPhone tend to go for between $0.99 and $4.99. Sure, most traditional games are better played with physical controls, but the iPhone has some gems out there that work great with the touch screen. Puzzle games are great, and work as a short bout of gaming while you're waiting at the DMR or something. GeoDefense alone has probably taken 30+ hours from me.
Also, games are available as downloadable content, wherever...
