The author of this opinion piece seems very smart. I dare to say, too smart to be a journalist. Leave this job, you need to rethink your priorities. I have a better idea for you - how about you find a friend called, let's say, Floyd and try opening your very own pet store, selling worm farms? I even got a cool name for it: «I got worms». You can be the -er one.

Do not like the art style. Not because it's 3D, but because simplictic cartoon-like character models look out of place in that "realistic" looking area (realistic comparing to the show). Especially when they're changing lighting or add that fire effect.

If you've played in South Park on N64, they also have everything in 3D. And both character models and the rest of the game look faithful to the original show. Right now, it looks like they were developi...

> the game will show the player where they currently are on the map, and will then transition to the new location after the loading is complete
Like worse version of GTA V transition between the characters?

> relating to the inability of the player to grab an object that they are already standing on
Sounds like a common logic/bugfix?

> standing on a moving object, and then continuing in the direction of that moving object

@-Foxtrot
Not sure if i'm on the same page as @MrSwankSinatra, but i though he meant to not buy the game. Which is, imo, probably the only way to not support this BS in any way, shape or form.

Because even if you don't buy microtransactions, they'll still be getting money from you. Game sales are enough for them to cover the costs. Microtransactions are like an extra paycheck for the top management to them.

@JEECE
To be fair, in The Last of Us Part II, there's no real stakes for the main characters either, both Ellie and Abby wear a plot armor for the whole game. Even during their "final" confrontation, nothing happens, both just walk away. Which was somewhat unusual, but not satisfying at all. Just my personal opinion.
I completely disagree that the game is repetitive gameplay-wise though. In my opinion...

How much it will cost you? Each «A» used to be roughly $20. I think this is much easier to understand rather than budget/quality/production size, because it's different from publisher to publisher.

No Nier games on the list?! And no Unreal Tournament either.

They only "care" because people revolted. Guess, review bombing works, huh?

First, they've removed your well-earned Uplay units for no reason (which was even worse, because you had to buy the game and to earn them), now they're deleting your "inactive" accounts with bought/earned games. And some people were saying that Ubisoft is coming back around - no, they don't, not even close, they're beyong disgusting.

And this is coming from their huge fan (believe it or not) - i was buying, playing and beating each and every Assass...

Probably their management sees that their KPIs are lower than expected so they're "trying" to "fix" this. Like in that meme, «Boardroom Meeting»

Manager: People, our engagement metrics are lower than expected, what can we do?!
Dev 1: Nerf the classes!
Dev 2: Make levelups slower!
Dev 3: Add new meaningful content (zones and items) that will not reset after 3 months?
* Manager angri...

@JackBNimble
I think, it's bad for society as well. This approach removes the reason to improve for unlucky individuals, to get better at their profession of choice. If you know that a company "need" a certain race/gender/etc, it doesn't matter if you're the best or not, so why bother?

In the long run, that can make "wrong" people (wrong race/gender/etc) apathetic and make hiring professionals much harder than it should be. And becau...

For some, reason to wake up in the morning, it looks like. /s

But that's happening with everything - what car manufacturer is the best, what programming language is the best, what phone brand is the top one, which state sucks and which doesn't, you name it. So every little thing (even the most minor one) to feed their superiority complex, to make other people know that my choice was the best of the best and your is wrong/sucks/you name it (even if you have to lie ab...

Yeeeeah, they surely didn't «took player feedback to heart».

TL;DR: It's not worth the asking price.

[!!! spoiler alert !!!]

It's still a super short DLC, around 1.5h if you're prepared and around 2h if not. If you're rushing things, you can get to the end in 1h 15m or even less. So they ignored the game length complains.

All the puzzles in this DLC are align the nodes and go out and get ...

I mean, game's not released yet, how about we wait and see before asking for "Ultimate Starfield"? What's next, «What features we want to see in Starfield 2»? /s

Also, i think that land vehicles must be implemented by Bethesda themselves, not outsourced to mods. Otherwise, it kind of makes Bethesda look lazy.

Yeah, i was impressed with his JoJo characters but Yasutaka Shirakaba from Lost Judgement sounded kinda like him and didn't match the visuals. So he's talented as a voice actor, no doubt about that, but i'm trying to stay cautiously optimistic.

Wish there would be any voice sample of him doing Kiryu. I'm watching Yong Yea content occasionally and don't think his voice will fit here, japanese voice actor did an amazing job, not sure if Yong will match the performance. I'm saying that after watching his voice reel, his voice for Yasutaka Shirakaba kinda doesn't feel right. Trying to be optimistic though.

@Witchcraft
Where's the proof for "making shady deals"? Tried googling, can't find any mention of shady deals, only the regular business deals that every platform holder is doing. You can't just throw accusations around without any proof, you do know that?
And where's the proof for multiple publishers bought (you yourself said "buying publisherS")? I've only found one publisher bought, Psygnosis, on 1993, you know, before Microsoft was...

Weird comparsion. One is a story-based RPG and the other is exploration sandbox, pretty much. Just because they're set in space? They both have exploration, yes, but No Man's Sky is focused on that while for Starfield it's just a nice side activity pretty much (story-dialog-loot-progression are the key there, imo).

It's like saying that the next Fallout game will be better than Metal Gear Solid, just because you can, in theory, be stealthy in Bethesda games ...
