First of all the game does not look bad, far from it. It looks great for a console game.
Second, even if it did look bad, that wouldn't be the 360s fault. We haven't even seen the PS3 version. What if it looks worse than the 360 version? Does that mean the PS3 is a piece of crap?

Hardly. This looks better than Killzone 3. The lighting, textures, detail, water, foliage and modeling is much better in Crysis 2. Killzone 3 just uses a lot of unrealistic colors in an attempt to grab attention. Crysis 2 looks much more realistic.
Go to the site and watch both videos. This is definitely the best looking game on any console. Even Killzone 3 cannot match the detail and realism of Crysis 2 running on the 360.

inFamous was a pretty fun game, but let's be honest, it wasn't the prettiest game around. I don't see the huge step up people are claiming. I see evolutionary changes similar to what we see in most sequels.

It is the best looking game so far this year. Only Killzone 3 gives it any competition.

The Last Guardian, that comments sounded extremely biased. Gears 3 looks to be up there with any of the best PS3 exclusives, and better than most.
I am really looking forward to this game because it is a different take on the whole shooter/war genre.
I'm glad they are doing this. I want to check out the game before I decide which games I am going to get around February and March since there are so many good ones coming out around then.
This game really does seem like a fresh new experience. I love the motion capture technology and the gameplay that is possible thanks to that tech. This is high on my most wanted list.
Actually the graphics haven't been enhanced - not compared to the 360 version and certainly not compared to the PC version. Digital Foundry found that the 360 version still had the edge in performance and the graphics were basically the same.
But I get what you mean about it being the same great game. Those who only own a PS3 can finally play it and that is what counts.
You can say GT5 is the only real "racing sim" or whatever nonsense you want to throw out there, but all I know is that it simply isn't as enjoyable to play to me. I don't play games to waste time, I play them to have fun.
GT5 isn't bad, but it isn't as good as some of you act like.
