I'm so far behind on these games. I think next one is Syndicate for me but this sounds kinda cool. Giving an older game DLC that ties into the next one.
I don't know if Forspoken can pull off that price. It looks really interesting and the gameplay looks good but it feels like it lacks that final polish of a AAA title.
Just read up about them a bit, these guys have worked on a lot of things as a supporting studio.
Based in Seattle along with Sucker Punch.
They have around 50 employees so they are a decent size. Doubt we will see anything original from them for a while.
Sure, feel free to vote with your wallet. I rarely buy games at the full price. If there is a company you don't wish to support, go for it.
Yeah.. it's a port of the remake.
The original post mentioned 2 years, I figured it would have been obvious from context. I guess I was wrong.
Plenty of free to play game out there if you can't afford it. Can also wait for a sale.
I know it can suck not being able to partake in the new and shiny but there are other options out there.
Gaming as a hobby is quite flexible when it comes to money.
Wouldn't really call it a remake, more like a port.
Don't bother with Orchard, he's like that one kid at the playground that waves his arms around you and says "I'm not touching you".
He thinks he holds some higher ground or something just because he owns the console he constantly talks trash about. He knows exactly what he's doing though.
Well deserved, I'm really glad this won after watching trailers and announcements for shooters, team shooters and some more shooters with a side of co-op shooters and a few more shooters. It's good to see at least someone is doing something new and interesting.
It's not even the shooter part that bothers me it's that every other game is a multiplayer team based game. I just want a solid single player experience.
Just stop talking to press until you have something to show, it's an ongoing joke at this point.
Sounds like nothing is essential. According to the award given out, not even the campaign since most people haven't even played it yet.
I'm glad you find joy and happiness in playing the same gameplay loop over and over again but I know plenty of people that want more out of their games.
This article and the "PlayStation Now's Big New Game Comes With a Major Catch" article are written by the same site.
They are nothing but click-bait articles with no ground to stand on trying to use negativity to create traffic. Ignore them, don't give them clicks, views or comments.
We don't need more negativity in gaming.
Perhaps they should stick with comic books.
Shouldn't even have been nominated or they should have just made it eligible for the rest of the awards as well, it shows poor form and lack of planning.
Game of the Year award going to a game in beta with a lot of missing features that most people haven't even had the chance to complete. In a year this game is going to look completely different, will be a lot more fleshed out and will have a lot of the features that are missing right now. Not a good look all around...
"Players who purchased Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, or Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End & Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Digital Bundle have the option to pay $10/€10 to upgrade to Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Digital Version."
If you only have Uncharted 4, you pay $10 and you will have both games on PS5.
There were multiple rounds, players narrowed it down to these 5 games.
This list shows perfectly well why press gets to decide on who gets the actual awards and not the players.
You complain about everything, you ever just conside playing games for fun?
Lost Legacy came out 4 years ago, if you didn't get it up until this point you probably weren't all that interested in the first place.
The game was also on Plus and you can simply pay $10 to upgrade Uncharted 4 to PS5 and get both of them.
I'm open to constructive criticism but you sound really disingenuous in your complaints.
Amusement parks, NFTs, literally anything just so they don't have to make a high quality video game.
I was merely talking about this and the recent teaser they posted on Twitter, it sounds like they are still looking to improve and add to the game.
Not sure what you're throwing a tantrum for. What difference does it make it for you if someone wants easier difficulty? Playing games on the hard difficulties doesn't make you any more of a gamer or a tough guy than anyone else.
Just shows how close minded you are.
He starts actually talking about the game about half way through, the first half is about being worried that the game featuring a POC is written by white people.
Get the important stuff out of the way first, we can now make up our mind to see if we like it based on that knowledge.
Sometimes it feels like the major game journalist establishments like Gamespot and Kotaku are in a race to figure out most angles on how to be offended more by every single aspe...
