My kids argue over who gets to play drums/sing, yet guitar/bass is also fun (just not as exciting). Truly awesome and I even think the graphics are better. Yes, I have GH3 as well (360), but RockBand is just too much fun as a band... This WILL sell PS3/360 systems as families gather over holidays and see it (at least until PS2 comes out). gCM

To do game-specific achievements (the only kind meaningful) would require to re-work the code beyond just emulation, to actually trigger achievements in meaningful places/events (finished a level, slayed a dragon, etc.). They (and doubtful the original publishers) won't want to spend time/money on this, though it would be very cool... gCM

While cool that we can download these games, will it have XBLA-type issues, such as your new 360 after the RRoD? Is this better than just buying a used copy that you can take anywhere (except the part where you don't have to load the disc--I know,I'm lazy)? Also, it'd be sweet to be able to play these titles portable, similar to what the PSP allows with downloaded PS1 games... Zune doesnt have the controls (they could add them).. How about bringing them to the PSP VIA the 360!?!? Madne...
Agree - cool downloads. I also am one of the owners of the 120 million PS2s sold (I had 2, so not quite unique owners) who jumped to the 360 after the final PS3 delay, and I am so glad I did--the games I want are on the 360. This does NOT mean the PS3 is somehow bad, but in my case, it worked well for me. gCM

While a painting could be a thumbs-up/thumbs-down affair (we all have our tastes), videogame reviews require more before they get to the overall composite review number. I have four kids, ages 5, 7, 10 and 13-- they argue over who gets to use it. It has a ton of minigames and you can build race tracks, coasters, and log rides. You can get fairly deep, setting the prices for all the things to do and even changing colors/etc. on the attractions. For $50, one of the few things that we all play on the 360. If you have kids (or even if you don't), its a strong rental that you may just end up purchasing. gCM
Its a sweet game, much better than GH3 (IMO). Perhaps it sold low due (in part) to low supply, and not just the sticker shock. I'd hate to see it not get the consumer support it deserves.. I ROCK on the DRUMS!!!! :) gCM
