It doesn't matter at all, except MS is acting so incredibly proud of themselves for making the S with the power brick inside the console like it's some amazing feat of engineering. In the end it's still bigger than the launch PS4 so what exactly is there to be so proud of?
That's because it IS bigger than the PS4.
That's true. But Marvel and Sony have entered into an exclusivity deal for Spiderman games. Marvel reps have stated that Spiderman will be a Marvel/Sony/Insomniac partnership over the course of several games (if they're successful of course).
If you've been outside the Xbox family for the last 3 years, chances are it's not because the xb1 was too big.
It's really ridiculous to read that someone at Microsoft, Phil Spencer no less, has the audacity to say Sony doesn't have as many games as Microsoft. It's so ludicrous that I can't believe the story is true. Surely it's fake. Not only does Sony have more first-party studios than MS does, which obviously means more output, they have more 3rd party exclusives too in addition to more indie dev support. What is that guy smoking?
Canada seems to like it. It's number 9 in the Amazon.ca top 20 bestsellers for videogames overall :D

You think that it sold less than 200k physically but more than 300k digitally? There's no way it matched physical sales digitally, let alone surpassed it.
Damn shame the Japanese audio won't be included. The cast is stellar!
Except PSVR works with the existing PS4. If you want the OR Xbox you NEED to buy a Scorpio which is another $$400-$500 on top of the $400-$600 OR. That's $800-$1100 right there.
PSVR is $400 but if you include camera and Move, let's say $500. Half the price. Yeah don't need to include the price of a PS4 because we're talking about people that already have a console that want to jump into VR. If you don't already own one, you're probably a PC gamer an...
Gist.
The company that has zero VR r&d, that we know of, has the best foundation? The company that denounced VR and opted to pursue Hololens instead?
Not Sony which has 40+ million consoles in homes already.
Has their own dedicated headset which works on the 40+ million consoles in homes already.
Already has dev kits out in the wild with games being made for it.
Is coming out this year.
Is cheaper than the alternatives.

Excellent point that people seem to gloss over. If you like MP games, chances are you're definitely going to get way more play time out of an Overwatch versus an Uncharted 4. Yes, Uncharted 4 has an MP portion to it but really, you're paying $60USD for the single player which lasts about 16hrs first time through. There are people who have already played 16 hours of Overwatch and it launched last night.
The value of a game shouldn't be judged on what's missi...
These developers aren't your grandparents. They're chomping at the bit to get their hands on new tech. Clearly they've tried it and decided it's not worth the trouble. 3 years in and only 1 game is making use of it in a meaningful way (supposedly).
They probably stopped reading at "sell the most on PS4" and hit the thumbs down. lol.
To clarify, the game came out in Japan in March of 2015.
I suppose BF will still sell the most on PS4 AND they get the marketing dollars from MS so win-win for EA.
Fallon may exhibit games on his show but he's clearly not a gamer. He plays games like a parent who never grew up with games would.
Completely agree.
Why is there even a debate about this? Having an Easy option doesn't change the way "hardcore" Souls players experience the game. You know what you can do if they put in an Easy mode? You can not play the Easy mode. Problem(?) solved!
Expanding the player base, selling more games, making more money. Cultivating more "hardcore" Souls players. How is that a bad thing? You're going to get people who were interested in the game but too intimdated to bu...
If they did have a vita version, ya'll would be complaining about how much of a downgrade it is compared to the PS4 version. And yes, concessions would need to be made.
