They didn't sell out in the US. You can find them in stores still. Meaning with the lower allocation then 1 mill they couldn't sell out. They would have sold out worldwide if they had that kind of demand with their more spread out inventory but they didn't.
I thought they already said something about SSB having a launch date in March
I seriously couldn't tell if the trailer was CGI when I first saw it.
@ABizzel1
This is why I facepalm every time a Titan build is mentioned. It has less performance, is more expensive, and has worse cooling.
My laptop plays source games flawlessly. So I agree that Titanfall shouldn't be very demanding. If X1 can't max it at 1080p when it has a better processor and a supposedly better GPU then my laptop does then I'll be disappointed. Though they are people newer to the source engine and that came from Activision...
I mean no one here in these comments are comparing it. So it doesn't need to be brought up.
I don't know. No one was comparing Wii U to PS4 and X1. Why don't you tell us about it?
@JeffGUNZ
Watch out everyone. Another opinionated person trying to argue with opinions and misinformed "facts".
Ryse is 900p. I'll take a more vibrant game with more varied objects, more dynamic scenes, and less scripted scenes at 1080p then Ryse. Technically speaking Ryse is not the best looking game.
And he disagreed with Bruce Wayne because he didn't like being wrong.
Microsoft only started "acting" against it after they were found out. Just like with the DRM policies for X1. When everyone heard of it and lashed out at them Microsoft pulled a 180. They are extremely self-centered and care nothing for customers until after customers stop dealing with their crap.
Why are you blindly trying to justify a criminal-like company?
@electricone85.
Yes. And according to what they have said previously they said that 1080p/60fps is "absolutely doable" on PS4. So basically they meant the target is for X1 as PS4 has already reached it.
He was asked about them. He didn't bring it up. This article makes it sound negative but it isn't. When he says "you need games" he isn't saying the other consoles don't have games. He is saying that the dedicated fans will get what they want depending on their tastes and that Nintendo specifically has big games coming in 2013.
So you're insulting an extra feature in a game that doesn't get in the way?
And the bigger size of the console can cost more product.
You guys don't know hardware at all. Feel a gaming PC. The case will be cool even when the graphics card is at 80c.
It's because the empty air behind the casing is cool because it's.. empty... Nothing behind it but air, which is easily cooled. It is about the components themselves. That is why I said we don't know what system stays colder until we look at the system, not the case. But you can go ahead and keep jumping to conclusions and misleading people that...
@Brich233
Have you felt how hot a laptop external power brick gets when it is in an open environment? Assuming it isn't a cheap power brick they don't get hot. The X1 should not require as much power as it does because it is laptop hardware. A laptop power brick does not get very warm when it is external and in a case without cooling. Now imagine when it has no case and air can actually reach it. It stays about as warm as your rooms temperature. Even some desktop powe...
The power brick only gets hot because it doesn't have it's own cooling system. They really do not heat up hardware much at all. Microsoft just doesn't put in effort or time to make a more power efficient system with adequate cooling so they played it as safe as someone lacking hardware expertise can.
Naughty Dog is now two teams so what they did have they split into two portions and are hiring to compensate. So now they have two teams for working on two projects at the same time, which can mean two games at once, one new game and the other team works on updates and DLC for past games, etcetera.
Neither is Microsoft.
Sony knows all about hardware. Have you actually used a Smart TV? They are not "far far away" from being really good. We know you are stealthily trying to support XBox..
@andapaul
The warranty was extended only for the RRoD and that was a court ordered policy or else they had to take the console off store shelves. The DVD drive problem still occurs with scratching discs and they never fixed that, probably because it wasn't court ordered so they don't care.
Do you want to just blindly follow a greedy company and spew your crap?
Sometimes patents lead up to a bigger idea that they want to make sure they have it all locked down for. And like the above people say, patents are just ideas, not products.
