I think coop in Elder Scrolls would be great, but I don't care much for any MMO that has monthly payment. I would only think of a monthly payment if I didn't already have to buy a full priced game or if the monthly payment was extremely low. Are servers really that expensive that it justifies a $15 a month fee? Can't even go as low as $5?

They reason it happened last gen was because of the processors being different and the PS3's being more powerful, though it was merely harder to develop for at first so it's potential wasn't shown near launch. Single player games have expensive voice actors. Much more is put into detail and getting it right. If you honestly think you can compare the value of games with great single player that lasts 10 hours to an online team deathmatch that lasts 20 minutes then you miss the point entirely.
Multiplayer is just the gameplay, map, and game mode, and hopefully they take some effort to balance it out.

Any games you download with PSPlus are kept, but not accessible if you are no longer subscribed. When you resubscribe you will get access to previous free content again.
So simply yes if you download Bioshock in January for free, but aren't subscribed in February you still have the game but you just can't play it until subscribed again. So once you have it no worries about losing it.

To be fair there are going to be faulty hardware for all console manufacturers, especially on Christmas day with so much more hardware pushed out. The more numbers the more likely a faulty one is found. We have been seeing more articles, yes, but until we see the failure rates we can't know for certain how big of an issue this is. I'm pretty tired of the online competitive games, which is almost every online game. The other big online game type that isn't competitive are MMO's, which lack innovation and original story... but then they also have a competitive side to them.
There are hardly any big coop based games anymore. Maybe there will be another good RPG with good coop in a couple years.
