Whatever, EA. The old way of releasing games still work, and there is data to back it up.
THAT takes A LOT of dedication right there.
I was thinking the same.
No, this is the perfect time to release Wolfenstein before Halloween. It has that scary, violent vibe going on in there. Same with Oddyessy, it's cutesy, but it's perfect for a halloween release thanks to the whole "change into new character, costume, or enemy" schtick.
Off topic, but The Darkness was a good game. I only wish it was 60fps.
It'll do just fine. Relax everyone.
The marketing for the game was on point, and pandered pretty much to Trump's America.
It. will. do. fine.
Newsflash: I already do hate Console Scalpers. It's console launches like NES Classic and SNES Classic, is when people go crazy over an old console packaged in a new mini console. I wanted the NES Classic, but these scalpers only ruined my chances to get it. SNES Classic will be sold out just because of these scalpers.
I tried these games on my android phone. You're better off with a controller than the phone. The effort put into the ports is a valiant one. They did a great job with the creativity, and the graphics, but the controls is/are left to desired. They work, but they're not good for "run and jump" commands (i.e. in Sonic, you do a lot of that) ...Hopefully Sega expands this Sega Forever initiative to go into game consoles, because they did a great job with the port(s), just that i...
I also thought the same, but there's a larger problem with swastikas in multiplayer...
I don't think this is only for SJW folks. It's just that the COD community is toxic, and has been for years. When Black Ops 2 came out, people couldn't stop being @$$es and stop using the swastikas on a daily basis, so far, that Activision/Treyarch allocated their moderators task to removing and banning people with those swastikas in playercards. It offended a lot of people to many extents. Some people use the swastikas as a means to be a prick, a racist, or a sadist. Whatever ide...
I am sitting here, awestruck. Speechless. Wooooooowwwwwwww.
YES. IT. DOES.
The "hybrid" thing may attract people, but you still need AAA IP's from companies like Activision, UbiSoft, and those other big companies. Perception is everything, if EA isn't on Switch, your console is dead on arrival. This happened with Dreamcast, it happened with Wii U, and it'll happen again with Switch if those big 3rd parties aren't onboard.
Mario, Zelda, Pokemon will move units, but it's NOT enough to survive the next 3 or 5 years. Zeld...
I agree, and they also do the same with beta access. With beta access getting released first on PS4, you pretty much had "Early Access." It's just that not many developers are taking advantage of the "Early Access" option on PS4/PSN.
I thought they already do? I mean, PS4 games already get beta access first.
No, it's not. This is just the haters quietly waiting to strike. So, Activision has to tread carefully in the next few months until the Fall. Or when the multiplayer reveal is live. People will find something to complain about. Watch, you'll see what I mean.
I mean, if the gameplay mechanics are true, trolls will come out in full force and there's nothing you can do to keep it contained.
I perfectly understand Relientk77's frustration, it's the same frustration I have with gaming. Especially going far back to MGS2 with the whole WTC towers removal, so we got a shitty ending in MGS2.
I'm all for Sledgehammer Games to visit the Holocaust situation. We really need a scene that touches upon it. But if we complain about it, it'll be removed. That's the frustration that Relient has. So, everyone just chill.
Sounds like he wants Activision's money. By all means, Pitchford, dig your own grave. You could've just asked.
I agree.
Only good additions in that new list is Vectorman, and MEGA MAN!
