This year was fairly disappointing as a whole, with the only games I've really played quite a bit of being The Division for a month after it releases, Dark Souls 3 and Battlefield 1. Hopefully next year will be better.
I don't think Silent Hills would have been first person either. I was really hoping for TEW 2 at E3.
I like the direction of RE7, but I'd be really cool with an Evil Within 2, I really enjoyed the first one.
They'd have to make two separate PC versions, one for DVD Rom and one for Blu Ray. The only reason consoles get Blu Ray discs is because every Xbox One and PS4 has a Blu Ray drive, not every PC has a Blu Ray Drive.
I see it as good simply because I know people who like to purchase digitally but don't want to miss out on physical stuff from collector's editions
So I bought a game I'm insanely interested in for a price I agree with, but I'm a moron? Interesting view of self entitelment when no one is forcing anyone to buy it. 180 for the game, pass, and all these things is worth it to me. I'm not going to apologize to anyone.
It's worth the hundred Euros in my opinion, plus it's a good move for people who buy digital games but still want physical loot. Also, if you actually look at the Gamestop Italy website you can bundle it with the game and get 10 Euros off the game. I preordered here in America for 179.99 With the season pass.
If you go to Gamestop Italy's page, you can clearly see that the collector's edition content is sold separately for 99 euros, then you can bundle it with the game and get 10 euros off the game.
I think that's what it is as well. It's all through gamestop, so why bundle everything specifically. Might as well sell it separately for people who bought digital, and just pass it out to people who buy it physically when they pick up the game.
I preordered today at my local Game stop in Pennsylvania and it was $179.99. With game prices being higher in Europe, I assume it releases with all of the collector's edition stuff plus the game stop deluxe edition content. What leads me to believe this is the cashier at first said it was 149.99, the price difference between the normal deluxe and standard editions, and he asked me which console I wanted it for. If not, I'll just cancel my preorder, no harm no foul
Just grabbed it from Best Buy for 28 bucks after my discount and rewards. My girlfriend is going to love it.
I never played any Bethesda-developed game for the graphics. I have always played them for the experience. If I were worried about graphics, I'd drop 1000 bucks on a decent started PC.
I'd probably say original Ps2, ps4, Gamecube, 360 slim S. I've seen teardowns of the Ps4 and I was really impressed by how compact everything was.
I got this and Fallout Tuesday and I kind of ignored it until this morning. I started it up and played for about an hour and a half. I can't wait to pick it back up later, it seems to take all the good stuff from the reboot and exemplify it.
Who knows how big the Day 1 patch will be.
I've basically been avoiding gameplay and info like the plague since the E3 reveal.
I hope to see some new Ratchet and Clank gameplay, amongst other things, as I really don't expect any huge surprises, but who knows.
I really wish games would let you play music while playing games. I know you can snap on Xbox 1, but that also gives up screen space. What about PS4?
I blew Luke Skywalker up with a grenade earlier. I'm pretty sure it's safe to say this game isn't canon :p
Some people who buy digitally like collector's edtition items but don't buy them simply because there's no reason to own a physical and digital copy of a game.
