One of the best games this gen in my opinion.
I can agree that the degree of violence doesn't equate to the maturity of the game, however, I believe it's too early to tell if this is simply "shock value" or if it's artistically necessary for the story that this part of the game is as brutal as it is, and with Naughty Dog being the storytellers they are, I can can see it being a case of the latter.
I feel Micro transactions are on the same level as DLC, where they're only bad if they're necessary or give players an edge.
That's how I feel in the US also. I remember paying 60-70 USD for PS1 games, now we're paying 60 flatout for most of them.
I like both games, but The Evil Within 2 felt more satisfying to me. I started out on Nightmare mode and was constantly tense my first playthrough. The best parts of RE7 were, in my opinion, in the first half of the game. With The Evil Within 2, I felt a connection to Sebastian (being a fan of the first game), and was very satisfied to see his journey reach a closure point.
With the cat being in STEM, does that mean Kidman is contacting you from within STEM as well?
This is a game I have to come back to when there's a huge gaming drought. The world is just so massive and immersive.
Please, for the love of god release the demo
They used photogrammetry for RE7, so it was much easier to use a real person for the game.
The Xbox One needs games before I consider buying an upgraded version. My Xbox now is used for Gears 4, 360 games and Netflix.
My issue with the first game is that the initial 60 dollar purchase was worthless. 60 dollars for an extra 5 missions beyond what was available to everyone in the free beta. I believe it should have had the first two expansions and The Taken King available at launch, included in the 60 dollar price tag. I abandoned it simply because I felt jipped. I understand it plays a bit like an MMO and it needs expansions, but Jesus it wasn't worth the price out of the gate.
I don't have a problem with games like this having expansions, what I can't forgive Bungie for is releasing a game at full price that had a few hours more gameplay past the beta content.
That's pretty awesome. I believe I'm in the 5th region (lvl 90 something and up missions) and I'm liking this game more than most of the Souls games.
I think the 8th will be the start of the beta, not the release. I'm expecting a late September-october release.
Looks like a possible 4/10 announcement and 10/31 release? (Halloween is on a Tuesday this year and is mentioned in the document, however I don't know Japanese).
This game could definitely be a worthy franchise. The first game was a great intro and tech demo for the PS4, but not a good full release.
Unclaimed pre-order is how I got mine as well. No one else within 30 miles of me had it, and this was about 2 weeks ago.
I agree with you both, I thought she was great, more relatable than I thought she was going to be as far as her reaction to different things going on.
I think it's kind of strange that guys will even watch that stuff when there is an almost endless amount of free porn just a tab click away.
