So many people wanted Starfield to fail...
Glad it's doing well. Great game.

"... 40% of all sales"
NO... not even close.

Unfortunately, physical media sales has been declining for years... some people are just to stubborn to believe that.
Physical movies (bluray's) are almost gone.
Physical music (CD's) are basically gone.
Physical games are almost gone (in PC gaming they already gone).
I'll be surprised if we see physical games on next generation consoles.
@crazyCoconuts
I'm sure the Manson Family, KKK, Heaven's Gate and other cults, were all rather agreeable people... Delusional even.
Currently playing Baldur's Gate 3 on PC, and yes it's a great game... but I couldn't see myself playing it on a console with a controller. There are just so many many little things on the game, to control and pick up, even with a mouse it's laborious.
If I played Baldur's Gate 3 with a controller, I would go insane.

Stop being a stubborn mule...
For example... why won't Sony release Spiderman 2 at the same day as Call of Duty?

Did you actually understand what I wrote?
I said nothing about the technical difficulties Larian are having with the Xbox. I simply said that Larian wouldn't release their game at 6th September on Xbox even if they had the game ready for release.
PC is the lead platform.
Does anybody believe that even if Larian had Baldur’s Gate 3 ready for the Xbox Series S, they would release it on the 6th September?
Larian would delay the release of the Xbox version even if it was ready.
They released the PC version earlier then intended because of Starfield.
Curious about this...
The already existing Xbox Series version of Red Dead Redemption likely runs better then the "new" PS4, PS5 and Switch version.
Recent sales of Baldur's Gate 3 on PC should tell them something...
3rd party exclusives only benefits the platform where that game releases. Unless there is an absurd amount of money involved, 3rd party developers ignoring other platforms is a stupid business decision.
A discless Xbox Series X will likely compete with the discless PS5. Makes sense...
300€ for Xbox Series S
400€ for discless Xbox Series X or discless PS5
500€ for Xbox Series X or PS5
Bots and droids never complain...
Sony fanboys whining about port begging, when they have been port begging Starfield for quite some time.
I'll now return it back to you...
Microsoft doesn't owe PS5 'gamers' shit. Buy a damn PC or Xbox.
If Tencent go after Embracer's studios, that will be a problem...
People want novelty and hype. By releasing a game 2 years later at full price on another platform, don't expect great interest... and that goes for any platform, not only PC.
Baldur's Gate 3 is an isometric turn-based RPG, essentially made for PC gamers. Most people that want the game will get the PC version. This isn't a type of game that will attract many console gamers.
Console gamers prefer different type of games, doubt it will be a massive hit on consoles... Were the Divinity Original Sin series a massive hit on consoles?
Gamers are entitled little shits... always complaining about something.
