A lot of publishers have been publicly stating how excited they are to work with Nintendo, which yes is only PR, but this still means support and it isn't entirely unrealistic that Rockstar joins others and drops their games on it - especially if this system is near spec with current gen systems.
I know I am preaching to the choir here. If anyone needs 3rd parties, it's Nintendo and they may be handling this finally. It's how they annihilated SMS and sold over...
I agree with you that it looks good, but please list other sites that have not perfected the science of steering traffic toward their fabricated, sensationalized click bait articles and reviews.
If more hours even exist, then they are part of the season pass. It's EA.
Been reading this everywhere. We have all been "assimilated" here in my house as have my group of family and friends who game. And I agree with everyone and this article. Also, been hearing in some of those same threads, "You'll forget about PS VR when [insert AAA game] comes." Well, BF1 is here and it hasn't killed my PS VR craving like everyone said it would - not in the slightest. And while playing BF1, I kept dreaming of playing it in VR. I am well aware ...
I don't see it (US Amazon), unless my eyes are worse than I thought.
@Aenea I agree. Waiting until I see what I'm buying.
Fact is, there are no indicators that relate to any past mainstream home console VR success or failure because this has not existed before. PS VR encompasses motion controls as part of its whole, but it doesn't rely on them and this platform goes far beyond what we've experienced in the paradigm of home gaming. If this was just another motion controlled only console or something like that, then I get the logic, but it is far more than just a normal interaction in gaming.

If the TF2 SP campaign is good then I will buy that too - the $60 version only, assuming there will be an onslaught of wallet siphoning garbage.
Wow. Glad I went and tried it for myself and kept all of our preorders intact instead of blindly listening to the "too edgy for me" mainstream commenters, youtubers, streamers, and internet personality bloggers (aka faux gaming journalists), who sorely misrepresented this product because of their "imitation technical gaming expertise" pride and incompetence to recognize that we all need help sometimes and could have easily fixed the very minor problems via RTFM or a 5 sec...
I hope this gets patched for console-only players. I have this on PC and PS4 because I have friends on both and the PS4 friends I game with enjoy the game but are not happy with performance. We all wished common reviewers would have pointed things like this out instead of just stamping 8s and 9s everywhere to secure preorders. I would have waited for patches had I known. The Pro is getting support for this and we are all buying one so great, but until then...
Also, this...
My PS4Pro will be awaiting this greatness. Day one for me, but I am still in disbelief that it will look this rad since I've only seen Guerilla streams and compressed videos.
I am hoping to be surprised and my eyeballs bulge from their sockets in juicy eye candy mech gore.
Because they used to be long epic tales with which to lose ourselves, similar to books, for me at least. The original table RPGs used to take us weeks to get through everyday after school and on weekends. And the books we read and chatted about came about in video game form with similar stories and depth and it was a dream come true!
Then MMORPGs happened.
Bethesda lost my respect because they still haven't addressed the performance destroying issues in FO4 that modders have been struggling to fix. One mod that is pretty much required is called Shadowboost as well as the unofficial patches, etc.. Poor guys have their work cut out for them every time Bethesda updates it. I donate to a few of them because they make the game's main functionalities work properly (like insanely sporadic frame drops, shadow problems, settler issues, and ot...
It'll come to PC. It's money. The player base is massive on PC.
I understand some kids like their "exclusivity" thing to feel important, have an identity, and go off the rails about how they get to get it first because they are the priority, but if there is an extra million or more potential sales, Rockstar will bring it. It's why MS brought Xbox games to it. MONEY!
After all, it's why all companies make games - to make money...
That's not at all true; if you google around at their sales on a year LATE release of GTA V and GTA Online for PC you'll see the masses in profits they made and continue to make on residual online sales. I purchased it for the 360, then PS4, then PC and have been glad to do it with the high amount of content they gave us. I am assuming they are going to do this again so fans who own and want it on PC will buy it twice or more like me.
I am a PC gamer so it's o...
For me it's PC, PS4Pro, PS VR, and NX. Not supporting or touching the Facebook Scorpio.
I will be a more than satisfied gamer.
Amazing news! Rockstar delivers quality and a ton of content so there is a reason they are praised - and in my book they are more than PERMITTED to charge for extra content because initial content is a full game bursting at the seams. Rockstar does us right; they've not let us down yet.
This generation has been in dying need of more good and FULL games. There have been exceptional games such as the Witcher 3 and Uncharted, and I know I am leaving out some other worth...
Looks great, but is there a shoulder stock? It is a representation of "rifle" and not a "handgun" weapon system correct? On screen the character is holding the in-game weapon system to their shoulder like a rifle, but the player is holding the real device out like a handgun. If the character is representing us in game then holding it properly in real life would be critical to achieve VR presence in my opinion. If they are creating a device to mimic a firearm then they ...
I always buy Nintendo systems. They sit to my Sony consoles, Sega consoles, and PCs.
We played ours all weekend here (UD:RoB was hilarious), and I have been playing more today since I finished my workload - even squeezing a few sessions in between here in home office (systems/software work).
Purchased most of the games available and have had a great time, but we also enjoyed the free interactive animations like Invasion and Allumette - le tear. Hoping we get more experiences like that in the future that are even longer because those were great - sort of li...
Nintendo once again being the brave innovative masters they have been since rekindling the home console market back in 1985. This NS looks great! Wii U's best, normally controlled games are excellent, so this is a no brainier for me. NS has traditional gaming, solves and evolves all of the Wii U's problems, has a clear name that says what it does, and is a truly 100% portable/console hybrid.
Just saw a list someplace else of great 3rd party support, but of course...
