Nexon has been more than active when it comes to gathering info on what their players want. They skim through X, Reddit, and other social media to gather feedback and to find out what their players like or dislike. It has proved successful so far, but the number of player suggestions scattered all over different social media is way too high to expect that Nexon will notice every one of them. But, there is a way, an official way, to offer your suggestion to the devs.
Suggestions on the Support Page
It may not be general knowledge, but there is a way you can send your suggestion about TFD via the official website. Some players pointed out that if you visit The First Descendant website, go to the “Customer Service” dropdown menu, and select “FAQ”, you will be taken to a special page, unsurprisingly dedicated to questions about the game.
If you look to the upper-right corner of that webpage, you will see the “Submit Request” option. It will open a special form where you can ask questions about the game, but, in the first field, titled “Please choose your issue below.”, there is an option to select “Suggestions”. Once you do so, your suggestions about the game will be sent to Nexon’s team and chances are that you will receive some kind of reply.
The player who posted this on Reddit, named AdventurousType942, had this to say: “So far I have made several and the responses I’ve gotten tell me someone actually looked at them. One of my suggestions was to let Enzo shoot his drone rockets while aiming (like Hailey first skill) and they mentioned it would be a good quality of life change for Enzo. So, if you have some ideas or suggestions be sure to send them on there!”
Just a reminder that you’ll have to sign in for the “Submit Request” to work. When we tried signing in, we couldn’t use our Nexon ID surprisingly, and we had to use our Steam account, so keep that in mind. Best of luck with your suggestions.
