Sadly, at this time the answer is No. Currently, there is no way to create a Custom Game or a Private Match in The Finals. In an interview before the game launch, Creative Director Gustav Tilleby explained that there will not be a Custom Game option when the game launches, but it is something that they want to implement in the future. This is good news for all who are looking to organise Custom Games in The Finals. The option of creating Private Games and even hosting Private Tournaments would be a great addition to this game.
