The last Unforgivable Curse is learned during Sebastian Sallows’ relationship quest line. While completing the quest “In the Shadow of the Relic”, you will interact with an NPC called Sebastian. He will show you a prompt, asking whether or not people should learn the Unforgivable Curse. If you select Yes, he will offer to teach it to you. Follow the prompts until you have the spell in your inventory.
In case you do not want to learn it immediately, you can also learn it later on during the quest “In the Shadow of Fate”. However, for this, you will need to finish Sebastian Sallows’ relationship quest line entirely. After that, he will teach you all 3 Unforgivable Curses if you haven’t learned them already.

If you have the means and want to get the Aveda Kedavra spell earlier, you can always buy the Deluxe Edition of Hogwarts Legacy. This edition comes with several perks, including 72-hour early access and the ability to play the Dark Arts Arena.
By playing the Dark Arts Arena, you can spam the Aveda Kedavra spell against enemies to reach the rewards at the end. These rewards include learning the last Unforgivable Curse and the ability to equip it in-game. Once you have done that, you can breeze through the rest of the content.
