Where to Find a Blast Core in LEGO Fortnite?
To find Blast Cores, you first need to go to the Desert biome. Once there look for a cave with lava in it. Now, Blast Cores are not mined or anything like that. To get them, you need to find and defeat a Blaster. It’s a crab-like monster, basically a fiery cousin of a Roller. Bear in mind that Lava caves are quite hot so come prepared with suitable equipment, like a Cool Headed Charm. As for Blasters, you must be extra careful. You can defeat them as any other mob, but they may become agitated and explode, dealing lots of damage to everything nearby. In both cases, they are gone and drop a Blast Core. But what’s it for?

What are Blast Cores For?
Blast Core is a difficult-to-get material in LEGO Fortnite. For now, we only know that you need Blast Cores to make a Metal Smelter. To craft it, you need 15 Brightcore, 35 Obsidian Slab, and three Blast Cores. Metal Smelter is used to smelt Copper Ore, for example, into Copper Bars, needed for higher-quality tools.
