Miasmite is primarily obtained by looting skeletons and phantom enemies in Dragon’s Dogma 2. To do this, you’ll first need to defeat them. Since they’re fully nocturnal, these foes only appear at night. While you shouldn’t have too much trouble hunting them down once the sun sets, you can also change the time of day to speed up the process and start searching ASAP. This is easily accomplished by going to sleep at an inn.
Upon nightfall, skeletons and phantoms will begin to spawn. They aren’t exceptionally rare, so you’ll spot them soon enough. If you want to increase spawn rate, it seems that the light from your lamp draws them in. Keep it lit to attract enemies.
