Uber Uniques are items so rare that only a few players have ever seen one. They are among the most powerful items in the game so it’s no wonder players dedicate so much time in trying to get one. If found, they can be game-changing so let’s see what Harlequin Crest does and how best to try and get it.
What is Harlequin Crest?
Harlequin Crest is an Uber Unique Helm, one of the most sought-after items in Diablo 4 as it is usable by every Class. Its bonuses are great for every build as they improve what every class needs, and more. The specific bonuses are listed below:
- 1025 Armor
- +(732-1359) Maximum Life
- Cooldown Reduction (4.4-10.0)%
- Resource Generation (5.0-12.0)%
- +(20-28) to All Stats
- Gain (10.0-20)% Damage Reduction
- +4 Ranks to all Skills
Note that some Harlequin Crests have one Socket space. The bonuses increase your effectiveness overall, but the +4 to all Skills is incredible. Bear in mind that you have to be Level 100 to be able to equip Harlequin Crest.

How to Get Harlequin Crest in Diablo 4?
There is no guaranteed way of getting one, so grinding is your best bet. As for every Uber Unique item, the drop rate is incredibly low. Some claim that it even has a one-in-a-million chance of dropping. With that in mind, let’s see how to improve our chances as best as we can.
First, for it to even have a chance to drop, you have to be in World Tier 4 and fighting enemies of Level 85+. Some players claim that enemies like Cultists and Cannibals have a higher chance of dropping Helms, but we can’t guarantee that it relates to Uber Unique Helms.
Your best bet is grinding Nightmare Dungeons, World Events, and Bosses. Speaking of Bosses, Uber Duriel is said to have the highest drop chance for Uber Uniques in the whole game. He is not easy to summon, but it can be well worth the hassle.
