XDefiant is just a couple of weeks old, and we are already having the third Double XP Event weekend. Because everything in XDefiant is locked behind an XP requirement, these events are a great way to grind weapon levels and unlock attachments. However, if players intend to take full advantage of this event, they have to hurry. Double XP events last only a couple of days, so gear up and prepare for the exciting weekend.
XDefiant Next Double XP Event Dates
Following the previous success of the first two Double XP event weekends, developers opted for round three. Starting on June 7, 2024, at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET, the Double XP event will last until June 12, 2024, at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET. Although double XP in a free-to-play game means the fastest way to unlock rewards or cosmetics, XDefinat is a little different.
During the Double XP event, players will receive double the amount of experience for playing in any of the game modes. Moreover, the double XP bonus will not only apply to weapons, like during the previous event. During this double event weekend, players will receive a double experience applied to the Battle Pass as well.
This is great news for all who still have to finish their Battle Pass before the end of the preseason. Additionally, faster weapon leveling leads to more attachment unlocks, that will allow players to experiment with different loadouts. Maybe you wanted to level up SMGs, build the best Assault Rifle loadout, or just unlock more weapons. Whatever the case, this weekend will provide you with the experience needed to do all this.
All of this sounds great, and it’s nice to see that developers are listening to the concerns of the community about the amount of XP needed to unlock weapons and attachments. Hopefully, we will be getting more of these events in the future, especially when Season 1 lands and we get more weapons in the game.
