What is Super Mario Bros Wonder About?
Super Mario Bros Wonder takes Mario and friends to the Flower Kingdom, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the familiar Mushroom Kingdom. You’re invited to the new land by the kind Prince Florian. However, your trip is promptly interrupted by Bowser, who merges with the Prince’s castle when he gets his hands on a Wonder Flower. This mysterious item has the power to make some wonderfully weird things happen as you work to save the day once again.
You’ll also find other newly introduced power-ups like Elephant Fruit, Bubble Flowers, and Drill Mushrooms on your side-scrolling adventure. Depending on the circumstances, each can come in handy in a variety of sticky situations. Be sure to try them out in your efforts to save the kingdom.
Can You Play Super Mario Bros Wonder Online?
Upon release, those with a Nintendo Switch Online membership can team up with friends to save the Flower Kingdom in Super Mario Bros Wonder. You can play with up to 12 other players in a co-op room with four per course. There’s power in numbers, so this is a great way to assemble a team of heroes and save the kingdom.
Of course, those without a membership can also play with friends locally. In a team of up to four players, you can take down Bowser on a single Switch system.
