Play Toys TV writes "It would be good if Dimensions could offer a version specifically for the younger age range, especially as LEGO has realms suitable for such a venture. Not only would this be good for kids of that age it’ll be good business – these games are insanely popular and with the LEGO franchise behind it Dimensions promises to be just as massive as Skylanders and Infinity."
Warner Bros. announced it's pivoting to live-service games, which could be a disastrous move for its devs
I don’t think there ever was a time for GaaS. Its entire resistance is revolved around making a game that generates recurring revenue constantly throughout its lifetime. It’s straight up a corporate scumbag design.
I watched the video seeing if anything changed since the initial Suicide gameplay vid before the delay and it looks the same. So weird watching all the characters just start a gun to their back and bounce super high shooting with no kick-back animation in an empty dead world. The voice acting is cringe and there doesn’t have any sense of atmosphere or immersion like the Arkham games.
And they expect you to pay $70 to $100 for this and then pay more for Battle Passes and items to make grinding less a chore. Yea, no thank you. I hope you learn a hard lesson with this one.
Today, during Warning Bros' conference call, chief executive officer David Zaslav talked about Mortal Kombat 1, Hogwarts Legacy, and the company's gaming business.
yea, because thats what people want, especially after those games sold millions and are not live service games haha.

New mk sold less then the last in the same time frame the NEW MK is legit a live service game with its horrible monopoly board. I just wanted a normal title...

Development of Total War: Attila's ambitious total conversion mod will continue, according to the developer, who is also looking into rebranding to avoid similar issues in the future.
"... we have received word from ModDB officials that Warner Bros has sent them a DMCA takedown request to remove Rise of Mordor from their databases. We are grateful to ModDB for giving us time to put our affairs in order before the page is taken down," read a post announcing Total War: Rise of Mordor's departure from Mod DB."
I miss the days before Lego was gender segregated, sure they have had princess castles and other girly-er sets for many years but in recent years they have driven a real wedge in-between "Boys Lego" and "Girls Lego"... its all the same bricks and completely compatible Its almost funny that Lego have missed the enlightening irony in that
making some duplo sets would be a good idea though, they could unlock easier levels for the budding not-yet-gamers :-)
