Doesn't Forenza allow you to custom paint your car and port it into the game? I'm not a fan of racing games but I thought that was a feature. Why would that not be a way to do mods? Also it has taken Microsoft an awful long time to try to come up with a solution for this. As I recall the E3 before the launch toted full support for user created content. And how gold members could start up little marketplaces of their own to share their created content.

No where in the segment do they say don't buy an xbox360. So for someone to say the today show is saying not to buy one they would be wrong. By pointing out a flaw and the companies fix to said flawed console, is not a "Don't buy this console."So that would be someone's opinion on what the Today Show was saying. So the Title for the article should be more like: "Drunk Pandas watches the Today Show, and thinks that he should not buy an XBOX360"

I've got a problem with an article if they can get a consule timeline right. It was Playstation Vs Saturn, and The Playstation 2 vs Dreamcast then versus Xbox after Sega called it quits to hardware.
No doubt. I know it's unlikey to see that sort of cut for years to come. I just know for me personally what it would take to get me interested in one. I'm not a complete PS3 hater, there are plenty of games that I'm interested in it's just that they're not coming out this year. So for me it will take more than one or two games that I might be interested in. Even then I could wait it out and just pick up everything dirt cheap.
If there was more must have games $100. might do it for me. But as it stands right now Sony would need to cut $200 off the price to get it into my living room. I'm sure I will get bombard with hate for this but it's true. HD disc of any sort don't interest me. I spent the last 10 building an extensive dvd collection and right now I don't have the time or money to invest in discs like I used to. As far as storage goes I'm not afraid of multiple discs. Hell I use to get up half way though...

It would be nice if the games you demo from the arcade were removed from your gamer card. Instead of eating up 200 points worth of space if you chose not to buy it. They can keep the web broswing. Multiple person private chat would also be nice.
You know it is what it is a Mario Party game. I've only had a couple of hours of time with it. Yes it's pretty lackluster for the hardcore gamer. I've enjoyed Mario Party since it's inception way back when, this one is definitely not what the Party use to be. It's like growing up really the first few were good get liquered up and have a great time with your friends, this is an older, I have kids and can't get together with the guys, let's play with the kid's party no fun getting drunk wit...
The beta did not do justice for the game as far as I'm concerned. 4 on 4 matches in tight places aren't that much fun. I don't see the full retail as being any differnt. I enjoyed the original game with story. Not just a fsp with gadgets and magic to spruce things up. I found the learning curve to be a bit much, always using a gadget when I wanted to use magic or vice versa. One plus is that it totally slams Gears Of War's Epic in the face as to the whole party issue as Shadowrun allow...

a reason to buy two Playstations to link them up. The only problem with that was the short distance of the link cable. I spliced it with some cat 5 cable and ran it 25 feet to the other tv. Spent hours smashing it up with my Brothers. Now this brings up the question why hasn't any one made a game as good with multiplayer online. Now that would be sick.
Agree with Lvlloss. What has Eidos done that was a must have game in the last few years? They rode, no wait, are still riding Tomb Raider into the ground with the same game it was in 1996. Oh they published the first Lego Star Wars. Great game but not developed by them. I like Dead Rising. I love that you can type out confirmation, but are to lazy to type out would and to.
They could always go the Bungie route. Release the maps for three months those that really want them will buy them. After that then make them free. Anyone unwilling to pay will get them if they want. They would have made their cash and at that point everyone will be able to play. No being denied for not having the map.
I wish my ds' only problem was a missing stylus. I've got three that are hingeless. And superglue doesn't work all that well keeping them together.
