We shall see which console comes out 1st. I still think it is in Nintendo's best intreset to move quickly, because the Wii's nolvalty is wearing off. (IMO)
I believe that the next Microsoft systems will hit around Holiday 2011, with rumors surfacing E3 2010. Although I don't know this for sure, I just get the feeling that MS wants to move towards Blu Ray and the Unreal 4 Engine. (Gears 3 is rumored to be the flagship for this...and I think Halo: Reach should use it also) I predict that fall 2010 will revel a Xbox 360 slim with Natal device.
Sony's next system most likely will be a year later, as the PS3 is not really at it's plate...
I heard it was a cool game, but the price hurt a bit. I do plan on getting both Ghostbusters and Resident Evil 5. (People say 5 is garbage, compared to 4....but I want to check it out for myself.)

I feel like Infinity Ward should patch out the "Halo" feel of the multiplayer. The care packets, kill streaks, and longer prestige levels, were reasons to keep me from buying this at $60. (I still prefer/play World at war and COD4) I'm not hating, the game is fun, as I rented it, for the "No Russian" hype. (That level made no sense and IW just included it to make a few extra bucks.) One last thing, IW should also consider patching in some DLC missions because unlike Uncha...
if included all of that stuff, for a reasonable price. (Not that $50 a year BS!!) For me though, I would not buy it, as long as I can play online for free.
What I mean about playing online for free is this:
-the ability to do exactly what PSN offers RIGHT NOW, minus Home, Twitter/Facbook, Youtube...ect.
-Charging for Youtube, Cross Game Chat, (NOT IN GAME OR PARTY INVITE SYSTEM), Custom design of PS3 theme/wallpaper, Home, some of the hard to get beta keys...

Sure, there is some risk/reward here, but it's seems to be put together well. If Heavy Rain can pull it off, this may be another "Bar" for this genre of games.
I don't have a problem with the games quality, but I do believe that these prices are too high. ($39.99-$49.99 is about right..depending on the games having multiplayer or not)

Anyway, I have seen a ton of great PS3 games get no love from the Sony consumers...and I don't get it at all! REALLY?? Uncharted 2 is an insane game, but no one is really buying it! I am pissed off with this one, as the the game is at legendary status....(Up there with Residnet Evil 4, MGS 1&4, mario 64, Bioshock, and of course...Uncharted 1)

It's ridiculous that Uncharted 2: Amongst Thieves has not hit 3 million in sale yet! I wouldn't get mad if any of these exclusive projects go "multi plat".....because PS3 is not seeing the sales it deserves.
