delays are good is when the developer does them to fix a problem. Just because you do not have the money to purchase all the games at one time, does not mean others should not be allowed to. On the other hand, if there are gamers like me out there..then it could be a problem. I say that, because usually if I do not get a game within a week or two after launch, it usually falls off my radar until it gets considerably cheaper.

While I agree with what you said, I don't understand why so many people think there is a shortage of people in the world...its possible for Apple, Sony, and Nintendo to all co-exist on the handheld front.

those were my exact feelings and thoughts. The first game I put in was DOA..and love it. Now that I think about it....I was following the xbox before I had seen any images from games. I just happened to be out of town when the preorders went live....and to make sure that I didn't miss out, I preordered it in the city that I was in.
Did you get your xbox at launch? I just happened into Halo as well.......cause at the time of launch, Gamestops around me made you buy a bundle that included at least 3 games. So I do was about DOA3 and PGR.....Halo just seemed to be the best out of the remaining launch titles I could choose from. My brother loved the co-op on it, and as a result, I came to enjoy it.

Don't you think the people that would be most interested in Uncharted 2 would be the ones who played Uncharted 1....and if you played Uncharted 1, wouldn't you most likely have a ps3? I don't think Uncharted is going to push ps3 sales as much as you would like to believe....even though an Uncharted (1 and 2) bundle would be rather nice. Me personally...I think a Gran Turismo and God of War bundle would sell more. Imagine if the bundle included all the Gran Turismos or all of the God of War...

It would appear that Sony should take a page out of Microsoft's book, and meet potential lukewarm perception with a blow out in advertising. If Natal and eyetoy are going to be pretty much the same..its obvious that Microsoft's marketing and advertising is the difference maker. If Sony is running around with all these ideas...they should be getting their appropriate credit for them.

is that I purchased a refurbished ps3 back in March 2008 from gamestop, and have not had any problems except for the occasional freezing when using the web browser. With that said, my 2nd 360 just got RROD....and Microsoft wants me to pay $100 to get it fixed....needless to say, I will begin shifting my weight behind the ps3....I think it sucks that my refurbished 360 would not get a 3 year warranty, but it being based off my original purchase.
