i think you didn't read the article properly.......
why in the first place they allowed a pre-load of GTA V even after knowing the fact the over 20+ days are still left for the release.. they could have allow pre-load just a day or two before Sep 17

Update: Just heard that Sony has pulled down the GTA V pre-load from PSN. So again i asked the same thing why in the first place they allowed it?

i was expecting a full re-reveal of Xbox One from Microsoft at GamesCom 2013 (after numerous policies changes)..but now with Xbox conference no longer on cards, i am hardly excited about it...
