that is so true! i traded some old games in for a used wii. most of the games are boring. the only 2 games that were worth playing are mario galaxy and xenoblade.
But adter about 50 hours i realized i spent most of my time running around in xenoblade doing stupid fetch missions with randomly spawning items. then stopped playing...

you don't get wii peripherals that bulk up the wii and make it look like SH**.
the kinect doesn't connect to the xbox and bulk the crap out of it.
the 3DS circle pad add on is full of fail.

i do see your point. The user base is only like 4 - 5 million or soemthing.
Basically, devs would program for the 1 circle pad version until the 2 circle pad version takes off and sells more than the 1 circle pad version.
Then we would see games really taking advantage of the whole dual circle pad thing.
kinda sucks for all the people who bought a 3DS early if this is true... although i still don't think this is true.

This rumour sorta sounds like the old rumour from a few years ago with peeps saying sony would release a blu ray less PS3.
what would happen to all the peeps who bought a 3DS already? would they be able to play the new games made for the 3DS with dual analogue sticks?
