Whist I completely agree with the writer of this article about the narrative of Tomb Raider, the title is completely misleading. The gameplay was for the most part wholly enjoyable until the latter stages of the game relied too heavily on gun combat which marred the games pacing quite a lot for me. Whilst I liked the reboot, I wouldn't say it entirely succeeded for me as a player at rebooting the franchise but it did set a very strong blueprint in which I hope the developer builds upon. ...
