Spoken like a true Xbox 360 owner.
Alternately, this article could be titled, "Women Whose Asses I'm Looking Forward to Staring At for Hours."
I know, not very sensitive. :(
I definitely don't mind.
To my knowledge, there isn't any kind of indication that you have all the familiars from an area, but it's pretty easy to keep track of. Each area really only seems to have 4-5 familiars specific to it. And as you progress deeper in the game, the beasties you square off against are often the metamorphasized versions of the earlier ones. This might make it sound like there isn't a lot of depth to collecting familiars, but considering th...
These are all great tips. Using L2/R2 in combat is so much more effective than taking your thumb off the left stick. Mobility is surprisingly important in Ni No Kuni's battle system.

Like any GC/Wii game. :P
Lost Odyssey was a fantastic game that any fans of PS1/PS2 era JRPG's really need to check out.
Also nice to see some recognition for Crisis Core. This game was so well done, and works perfectly on a handheld. Also, the CG in this game is AMAZING. Youtube it.
Seriously, how does this list not have Felicia from Darkstalkers?
The problem is that developers don't always seem to realize how important it is involve hardware manufacturers in the process. That's the whole idea behind nVidia's "The Way It's Meant To Be Played", and AMD's "Gaming Evolved", or whatever they're calling it today.
Tossing some early builds the way of GPU manufacturers allows them to begin early optimization of their drivers, which just seems like it would be a good idea for everyon...
Was gonna say the same thing. It's the same with Crossfire. We're lucky to get good support post release, so I'm not surprised to see issues in the beta.
I'm downloading now, so we'll see.
I'll agree with that. I've never been a big fan of the whole industrial setting (with the exception being FFVII), so the world of FFXIII didn't really draw me in either, until you get to Pulse, anyway. However, I found the story to be quite good, and the character development, especially (or maybe specifically) of Sazh, kept me hooked.
I really liked FFXII, but it was for the world, and the mechanics (Gambit system was amazing to me), not the story.
Wow, I pretty much agree with that list, though I might slide FFXIII up a few places and FFX down a few. People who bitch about FFXIII being linear obviously don't remember much of FFX.
Console names have been sliding downhill after the first, and best name, Magnavox Odyssey.
Haha props.
Same, man. Both me and my roommate teared up a few times through this game. Made for some awkward moments between a couple of "tough guys". Lol.
Nice find! I'd have opened it too. Loved my Dreamcast.
Yeah I guess you're right. I don't know why, but DMC has just always flown under the radar of myself and my friends. Too busy playing roleplaying games, I suppose.
I haven't looked at any numbers from the previous DMC titles, but this seems to have always been a bit of a darkhorse series, popular with Capcom fans and little else. Based on that understanding, I'd say 0.5 mil in a week is pretty good, especially for a January release.
Nope never used to be able to, but this is pretty awesome news.
As an addendum, regarding the first question, you can see in the bestiary which creatures you have tamed (indicated with a heart icon), and I believe (can't check atm) you can sort the bestiary by area. This will only show creatures that you've already encountered in battle, though.
