Halo 2 was a good game, but it was a bit of a letdown, hence the overhype. The narrative in the campaign was weaker, especially the cliffhanger, and the split narrative between the Arbiter and MC was painful. Hated playing as the Arbiter for the final mission of the game. After I killed Tartarus, expected to play as MC in the final mission. Disappointment would be my reaction when it cut to the credits.
Might be. Square Enix can't discount the large US fanbase. Then again, it would probably be an MMO, so I wouldn't get your hopes to high up.
DualShock 3 (very likely to happen), new Square-Enix announcement, possible Star Ocean 4, and maybe another price cut. A Team Ico announcement would be sweet though.

What I find funny about Halo 2 and MGS 2 is that they suffer from similar short comings. A weaker narrative than the first game and a split narrative between two main characters. Hell, I was disappointed to play as the Arbiter in the final Halo 2 mission as I'm sure everyone else was. Same with MGS 2. Though I have to admit I did like the Katana in MGS 2.
Daiaktana was overhyped? Don't even remember that game. Now Fable extremely overhyped and should have cut the list.
Played the demo. It was okay. Pretty much more Ace Combat. Really disappointed that they they didn't fully model the cities and kept them as textures though. Oh well, didn't buy an Ace Combat since #4, and probably won't for a little while longer.
Loved the Dreamcast. Its death set back online console gaming a few years. While it wasn't the best console ever, its controller was very solid, so solid that the Xbox controller pretty much ripped it off.
Well, game always looked bad. Should have been a launch title like it was meant to be.

Dumb idiots. The movies have different distribution studios outside of the US. The Prestige was released by WB in Europe, hence the HD-DVD release. The really big releases like Spider-Man, Pirates, Transformers are distributed by their US parent companies, so don't go grasping at straws.

Most consumers buy the barebones DVD's without any features so the main winning components are price and brand recognition.
I don't know, it could be true. Would position the PS3 to move more units without making the 60 gb PS3 owners feel ripped off. I actually hope it would be true. Already own a PS3 and want a 360 as well. If Sony makes this SKU, they may force Microsoft to lower the price of the 360 to $250 which would be sweet. Competition is awesome and anyone who wants a console to dies is stupid. Without competition, we would still be paying $600 for a 60gb PS3 and $400 for a premium 360.
