Well, regardless of what people think of Justin Bieber, I gotta admit this video got a chuckle from me. The way those girls reacted when he entered the room is just cute, especially that freak out from the blonde girl, who was the one that took the longest to recognize him.

I know if I was in a room trying out a new Zelda or Mario game, and Shigeru Miyamoto casually entered the room, I would totally lose my shit. For those teen girls it must be something similar. Who am I to ...

Two disagrees for stating a fact. Nice. Really, the voting system on N4G isn't worth anything if people don't use it properly.

That doesn't necessarily means Lego City Undercover won't be appearing on other platforms, ever. It all depends on how the publishing contract was made. There could also be loopholes to take advantage of.

Take Mass Effect, for example. The first game was published by Microsoft, and still, PS3 gamers will be getting it with the Mass Effect Trilogy which is coming soon for both Xbox 360 and PS3.

I've never played the Skylanders game, so probably I'm missing something here, but... I don't understand why the toys would need to stay on the portal, or the NFC detector of the Wii U's gamepad.

Wouldn't it be enough to just put the toy near the NFC just long enough for it to recognise said toy, then let the game open whatever unlockable the toy unlocks?

Why does it need to stay there at all times? :/

You only need one, going solely by the headline: the PS4 hasn't even been announced yet.

Fuck sensationalism. I'm not even bothering on reading this article. The title alone indicates it's just a hit-seeking steaming pile of crap.

Don't read this shit, guys, please. We have enough bad journalism already as it is, no need to support it more.

And before anyone here calls me a Sony fanboy: no. Actually Nintendo is my favorite, but I own all three current gen consoles and I would post the exact same if this article was titled "Why th...

...aaaaaaand here we go again.Seriously, aren't you guys tired of having the same exact argument over and over and over?

If I firmly believe the Wii U is indeed a next gen machine, and you firmly believe the opposite, we're not going to change our minds one way or the other. I haven't seen this happen EVER, on this site or anywhere else, regarding the validity of the Wii U as a next gen machine. Heck, I've NEVER seen this argument settled even for the Wii (whe...

Well, they're saying that NOW. Of course it's in their interest to talk like that now that the Wii U will support non-gaming stuff more actively than any Nintendo console before it.

I'm referring to TVii, of course. While the Wii had Netflix, it really wasn't as much of a compromise by Nintendo to non-gaming entertainment as what TVii promises.

But before that? Lol. Nintendo has always ben, first and foremost, a games company. That was their m...

Ok, here are my takes on this:

1. I read the article, then I went to the source article to see the actual quote, and it only quotes the Nintendo rep saying that, without putting absolutely any kind of context here for us. Come on, the Nintendo rep could've meant a lot of things, but yeah, let's just take the "19 times more powerful" statement at face value, because that will get more hits and generate more discussion. Good journalism be damned!

Wow, people sure can't take a joke... or wasn't it obvious enough? :(

Apart from what was already stated on the article, I seriously, seriously hope Ubi takes advantage of this extra time to at least consider a new angle for the single player gameplay as well. Rayman Legends was #1 on my list of Wii U games, but after reading a couple reports where apparently half of the single player campaign has been butchered to force players to use the gamepad features, I got really disappointed, and now it's passed from "must buy" to "wait and see"....

Heh. I was actually joking at the expense of the preview text up there, seeing how much they repeat the same thing about a delay over and over.

Thanks for the input, though. :P

I'm not sure if I understood this correctly. Does this mean the game is getting delayed?

In my opinion, nothing in the Wii U's launch library will come even close to Rayman Legends, graphics-wise.

And the strength of that game will lie primarily on its (stunning) artistic direction, not necessarily the technical side of things. Truth be told, judging by what I've seen so far, there's not going to be anything truly impressive, technically speaking, at the Wii U's launch. That's as far as exclusive games go, because ports and multiplatforms of c...

Well, you could argue that everyone wants a completely new AAA IP from nintendo, with a new mascot.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll take a look, my stance has changed a bit now. They still need to put some more meat on the video, though.

So, in the Kickstarter page, they write up a ridiculously short message about how they want to make a Nintendo magazine, without providing any details, and back that up with a ridiculously short video of a dude talking in vague terms how they want to make a Nintendo magazine, and all the video shows is said dude with a couple of Wii and 3DS stuff laid on a table?

As well as some images, I guess.

But... eh. There's so little effort put in there, I can'...
