Don’t compare red dead 2 with a game that hasn’t even been released. Red dead is infinitely more impressive, it’s a sprawling world with actual life and it looks just as good as anything we’ve seen from death stranding.
When the world is devoid of life, and you don’t have to worry about AI pathing and different algorithms, the world can be as stunning as the artists can make it. This really isn’t that impressive
It’s easy to create lush lifelike environments when there’s nothing in the world. They don’t have to worry about animals, or other humans. When you think about it that way it’s slightly less impressive.

Yet Nintendo quietly wins E3 almost every year. They release innovative hardware and have some of the best first party titles. They compete win Microsoft and Sony every year with lessor hardware. This was NOT a bad game, it just feel victim to lowlife’s that troll for a living. Yes it was buggy, I just recently started another play through and I’ve encountered and unacceptable amount of glitches ( some even leading to a hard reset). But this wasn’t a bad game.
