Who is the Dragonborn? Jangjoon Cha has a pretty strong case that it's him.

As the animator responsible for Skyrim's combat finishing moves, as well as one of Bethesda Game Studios' regular martial arts practitioners, Cha ended up performing much of the motion capture for the game. Often this capture was done singlehandedly, alone, with only his imagination to run on.

They're ancient machines created by the dwemer, the extinct dwarven race (actually bearded elves) of Tamriel.

I love that they're bringing back the Dwemer in more than just heavy armor. Oh god I'm so pumped x-x

EPIC, epic, epic!!!!

I know I will prob get loads of disagrees but this is shaping up to be maybe the most epic game this gen.

the graphics for 6 year old tech looks amazing.
300 hrs of content.
epic music and score.
open world sandbox
level of detail and interaction with objects
Radiant AI
Radiant Story for a dynamic feel to your experience.

Add to that blood and guts, heads getting chopped off med-evil style.

I know I am just scratching the surface, but all this on one disk!

One of the few games that blew me away with a real next gen feeling was oblivion. The moment you left the sewer and first exit into the open world. I could not believe how big and open everything was.

I can't wait for this. 2 days to go. Feel like an 8 year old kit waiting for santa on Christmas eve.

I'd agree with everything except for the visuals. They are certainly improved over Oblivion, but the amount of jaggies I see on-screen cannot be ignored. There is a lot more foliage this time around and it looks terrible on 360.

I hope the PC version hasn't been compromised because of this.

Edit: @below. Well, you'll see. When people say, "I can't believe they managed to make this for consoles," it's usually because there's a major drawback. So far, Bethesda has shown the public only the most positive parts of the game, carefully selected by them to ensure that their game looks amazing. Now, it's kind of funny they chose the 360 version to demo this, and it's impressive, yes, but the reality is that there's going to be a major drawback that they don't want us to know about just yet. For me, it's the amount of jaggies. And possibly the framerate. The console versions are no doubt going to have major framerate dips whenever the player gets nearer to a populated area.

I just sincerely hope that Bethesda has not allowed these issues to plague the PC version. People who buy the console versions are not entitled to a supreme game. They paid for a budget experience. But people who have great gaming rigs should not suffer from those types of issues that console versions suffer from.

I think I know what you mean although i have not noticed it that much.

The thing with me is that I tend to look at the whole and what it's doing when I think about graphics.

it's hard to explain but when I think of games like gta and oblivion etc, I can't help but think of the graphics and factor in the open world and how big it is.

I know games like Uncharted, GOW3 etc pull off a lot of stuff to get away with looking great that an open world game cannot cut corners on so much.

for an open world game doing what it does, I think it looks amazing. The only other game that has impressed me more ( based on what I have seen so far) is gtaV, but that is still a work in progress.
