IGN:MX vs. ATV Untamed Hands-on

When it comes to offroad racing titles, you'd be hard-pressed to find a developer more experienced, praised and passionate than Rainbow Studios. The development house has been cranking out offroad games for nearly a decade now, starting with 1998's PC release of Motocross Madness. Now, the studio is ramping up to its seventh title, MX vs. ATV Untamed, set for release on December 17th.

Should be good but i'm getting pretty fed up with these pre rendered videos all the time, they show nothing of what the gamplay is like.

"MX vs. ATV has become the industry’s leading off-road racing franchise "

Well if i had to choose i would say motorstorm, but thats just me.

Grats to THQ

MidnytRain4866d ago (Edited 4866d ago )

Well, there aren't too many serious, multiplatform competitors in the genre (DiRT being the only one I can think of), but these are still good numbers. I'm not a fan of the series, but I did enjoy Untamed.

I never really liked off-road racing for some reason... it just never really excited me.

Grats to THQ though, good sales for them means good for the industry, which means good for us.

You need to play Pure. I dont like off-road racing, but hot damn if that isnt the best one out there.
