nintendo had to release an add-on because it was not and still not up to snuff compared to move.

DreamCast ran a custom Microsoft Windows OS and gave birth to modern gaming. When Sony killed the DreamCast they copied all of its ideas and features.

fanboys weren't supposed to read this....facts are being stated, not opinions or ideas. Which came first is not really a comparison question...however which one does it better, or which one "perfects" it is completely personal. Motion control is not perfected...having owned the Wii, Move, and Kinect I can say that with confidence. Some definitely outshine the others but perfection is another generation away. That is my opinion, but as you'll see, none of that is included in the article.

PS eyetoy use no wires so it is the first motion controlls for the mass market.

The Powerglove WAS motion controlling. Does not matter if was wired or not, the movement for action WAS motion controlling within the game. You used hand gestures to move objects on the screen: Translation: MOTION CONTROL GAMING.
With your bankrupted reasoning Real killer, then the Wii is not motion controlling because it uses wires. See how foolish you sound?

ega also had it's hand in the pie before Sony when it came to motion controls.
It was called Sega Activator AND RELEASED IN 1993. This came out before the PS2, Move concept and Move's Patent and PSEYE. Lets not even mention DreamEye.

Sony did not invent motion controls nor was it first. Not even close. Even Logi-tech partnering with Microsoft in the 90's bringing out flight control sticks that had motion controls was before Sony. Atari was the first with the Le Stick.

Well, Nintendo brought it to the masses, who had the balls to mass market the motion control as the default control scheme of its "do or die" console, with much inferior computing power compared to its rivals.

We should give credit where its due.

Kinect rocks when you get it right, I install all Kinect games, it helps a lot with the response times, you do need space though, but it's worth it.

It does though, data access is quicker from the HDD so it softens the load, don't believe me then at least try it for yourself first before you assume it not to be true.
