EK Cooling allegedly has slipped itself into a hot soup of seemingly endless financial woes, where it has not paid its staff, suppliers, and contractors for many months as the company is facing liquidity problems and a surplus of inventory left unsold, stuck in the warehouse for a more extended period. Gamers Nexus investigated these claims made by former and current personnel, where he found trails of unpaid bills lasting as long as three to four months and unpaid raises that accumulated for almost a year.
EK Water Blocks has two entities—a Slovenian-based headquarters and a US-based subsidiary, EK Cooling Solutions. Steve narrated the series of events in detail, stating that the company was reportedly irresponsible and negligent regarding payment. Consequently, partners and employees are forced to share the burden of alleged mismanagement. It all begins with its extensive range of products, leading to a surplus of goods. EK has over 230 water blocks, 40 liquid cooling kits, 85 reservoirs, 40 pumps, 73 radiators, and 212 miscellaneous accessories.
Yes this is not about video games directly but indirectly this will impact the pc gaming/workstation space hard.
This company is massive one of two in the water cool space so if it goes poof then thousands out there have no spare parts or half built computers.
SO yeah i know not about a video game but think of it as amd leaving the pc space but this is ekwb that could be leaving water cooling in the pc space

Exclusivity is only a problem if you only own one console i.e. the xbox. The article kinda sounds like pre-emptive damage control for that issue next year.
@sdtarm no need to wonder, you must have seen many people posting the massive PS3 exclusive lists all over. Looks like it's really starting to get to them.
My issue lies with Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft taking the choice out of my hand while simultaneously giving me an ultimatum: “Buy our console, or don’t play that game.” Who the fuck do they think they are?
“Buy our console, or don’t play that game.” Who the fuck do they think they are?
I believe they are the creators of the system and as creators it's their opinion to decide what games they want on their systems. So until then quit your b**ching and if you don't like what they are doing just quit gaming.Cuz i doub't we will see anything soon where all games can be played on one system.Plus i like the idea of exclusives being in the video game industry it gives the system something to make it stand out from the competition.
Im fine with exclusives, it gives gamers a reason to buy one console over the other, which is a big point for all 3 companies.
Though it does suck when all the companies have exclusive games you really want, cause then you have to buy all the consoles to play them all.
Theres pros and cons with exclusives.
What are these people 10 years old?
Agree with the article but you have to sell consoles.Nobody wants their games to go to limited crowds. But for selling consoles, you need exclusives to lure people in.TBH no exclusivity means death of consoles bcoz who will buy consoles when they can get'em all on pc.
