Everything you need to know about this beautiful RPG.
Frederic Chopin, pianist and composer extraordinaire, is on his death bead; his frail body finally giving way to sickness. It appears to be the end, but this is where the story of Eternal Sonata begins. That's because this Japanese role-playing game from developer tri-Crescendo and publisher Namco Bandai takes place within a world of fantasy and music that Chopin has dreamt up in his final hours. It's a beautiful and lovingly crafted universe that is about to emerge from under the shadow Blue Dragon has cast over the Xbox 360 audience.
BitCultures examines some of the best musically inspired video games.
Gameplane: "Many games can astonish players with creative gameplay or emotional stories. Others are remarkable due to the fun we had with them, while some are simply beautiful. These are nine JRPGs, which made us fall in love with virtual places."
Jerry from BagoGames says, "It turns out that 2007 was an amazing year for gamers, not only did many franchises begin, some started to get their footing."
It's crazy to think that Uncharted came out so long ago. I replayed the series last year as part of the Nathan Drake Collection, and the game felt brand new again, even after all these years. Such an enduring franchise.
this game deserves some hype its suppose to be great
Oh man not another big head and eye character dressed in funny clothes fighting giant monsters with a cry baby dialogue systematically traversing an imaginable world killing at will with a boring story-line consisting of the a cast of retarded characters playing grab ass with one another!
I don't really like JRPG.
I have never really been into JRPG but I will be trying a couple this year to see if my prejugement of the genera was incorrect. This game certainly looks pretty enough more so then BD but not as much my style as say Lost Oddessey (of course this is just judging from trailers).
People seem to say the xbox needs more then just shooters (not me I love shooters) so here you go. This certainly continues the 360's trend of a more diverse game library.
This game is absolutely beautiful.
Do yourself a favour and download it from the Japanese Marketplace. I generally don't like JRPGs and didn't care for this at all but I was damn foolish, I played the Demo and, if anything, this game is my biggest buy this year.
Not only is it beautiful, not only is it immersive, not only does it have a great storyline, not only does it go back to the real roots of a JRPG (FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX, Etc) but the Combat System is unbelievably fun!
You'll be a fool not to look into this game.
