GrE writes, "DJ Hero is a work of musical art. I have played both Guitar Hero and Rock Band, neither of which have gotten the same dancing, and dare I say, radio cranking effect that DJ Hero achieves. Bottom line, this game is addictive and immensely fun to play.
As you would imagine, DJ Hero follows the same formula of notes falling down an endless highway. You have three buttons on the top of the platter (record) that you have to hit in sequence. You earn stars. You have a point booster. This is where the similarities come to an end..."
While FreestyleGames is working on the new Guitar Hero, it isn't the music series we need. Instead, Tony Nguyen at G4@Syfygames believes that it should've been DJ Hero that rose from the grave.

Today they are offering Metroid: Other M for the Nintendo Wii.
Though the majority of gamers, hated it. People wanted Nintendo's franchises to evolve, and M: Other M had voice overs, FMV's, nice looking visuals, and a story to boot. The basic case of: "You're damned if you do, and you're damned if you don't", scenario.
Luckily the title was a successful, and went on to selling a million units.
I loved that game... I wish they'd make more like it... or maybe a 2-D metroid at least...
but they probably won't... well, guess we'll have to wait and see what happens with the Wii U.

Today they are offering Resistance 3 for the PS3.
Reading this review made me re-think my "no more peripherals" policy. Great stuff!
I think it is crap that they re-use tracks.
Seems like a cool game to play, but what about multiplayer?
Glad to hear the mechanics are good, but I play music games in part because I like the instrument simulator aspect as much as it is fun to play.
I'm so so SO SO SO excited!! Squee! Can't wait to get it!
