Remasters are often just cashgrabs and have the bare minimum improvements, take the upcoming Prince of Persia remaster, looks lackluster to say the least.

I don't see the point in remaking old games when new games in the franchise are being released annually or bi-annually.

But..80% of all Ubisoft games are basically just the same game with some different skins, settings, updates and a very few new ideas anyway.. ;) (AC, FarCry, WatchDogs, JustDance..)

This game has already been remastered once and surely that's enough. We would end up with a PS5 remaster of a PS4 remaster of a PS3 game. Getting silly at that point.

Umm it's already been remastered and no it doesn't need a remake. What needs a remake is Assassin's Creed 1. That game does not hold up well at all.
